Great condo with privacy while still being close to the mountain. Stayed in August and the loft was a little hot but other than that no complaints. The kitchen had all the items we needed. Thank you Timberline Condominiums! We will be back in the winter for some skiing.
Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your comments. We are talking to the owners about options to cool the lofts during the summer months. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you in the winter!
We stayed with a family of six, including children, ranging in age from 13 to 2! This was the absolute perfect location and perfect space for our family. Short walk to the mall that even my two-year-old could accomplish. We enjoyed a free outdoor concert, shopping at the mall, and even drove back and forth to Aspen for a hockey school. the staff at the front desk was so incredibly polite and accommodating! We had the best time and will absolutely be back next year. On a sidenote, There were a lot of comments I read about not having an air conditioning unit. The property has an air conditioning now, and we were very comfortable during our stay at the end of July! This may sound silly, but the beds had the best sheets I have ever slept in. So incredibly comfortable I actually looked up the brand and bought my own because they were so amazing. we loved this property!
We always stay in Snowmass when we visit the Aspen area, and this was my far my favorite condo. Very clean, updated, and clearly cares for. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (I needed a cheese grater and they had one!), and our balcony view was beautiful. Usually it’s just my husband and I, but this time, we brought a friend and he had everything he needed in his own personal space in the loft.
Some things to consider before staying here:
-if you plan to walk to the shopping area, be prepared for a very steep hill. It will definitely take a toll if you’re not in shape/used to the altitude
-this particular condo is on the 3rd floor and as the listing mentions, there are no elevators (other very kind guests helped us bring up a cooler)
-bring your own coffee grounds and filters (they had two coffee makers and single pack of complimentary grounds. Unfortunately, no coffee filter. Wasn’t a deal breaker by any means.
The property management staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful. We couldn’t have had a better stay in Snowmass, and hopefully can return to this VRBO in the future!
This was a clean and decently-appointed condominium with a great location for our wants and needs. The shuttle service was much needed and appreciated and allowed us to avoid a rental car. We will most certainly rent here again in the future should the need arise. I would like to suggest more bedding/blankets be available in the condo for the fold out sofa bed. Overall, a great experience.
We chose this time to go to Snowmass as we wanted to show friends Maroon Bells and did not have time/desire to go during busy season. They did not disappoint. While most everything was closed down due to shoulder season, it also meant we had hot tub to ourselves. Staff was great and location was great. It was on the 3rd floor so we did get a few extra steps, but all good. Kitchen had all we needed for meal prep. No ice, but we made do. Thank you.
Thank you for your feedback. Maintenance has fixed the sink and the refrigerator. We will pass your comments onto the owner as well. We don't usually need air conditioning in the mountains but we know it was very warm when you were here. Your feedback is so important to us to make the right changes in the future.
Sincerely,
Mary Harris
