The space was very clean and comfortable. The location near the beach was ideal. It made it very easy to go take walks to relax. The host was very understanding when we needed to extend our stay and made it an easy process.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property managers are prompt to respond even though we had no issues. Everything was very clean, spacious (there was 5 of us), and stocked as described. The beds were a little hard for our liking but other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

Girls Getaway
Location for time of year was optimal. Had a nice view of ocean from balcony. Short walk to beach. Unit had some stains on living room furniture but otherwise clean and nice layout.

I traveled to MB for the holidays. The mats and rugs were dirty. There was also a dirty sock in my bedsheets which makes me question if the linens were changed. Although the management team was very responsive, it didn't resolve the cleanliness issue.

Weekend Stay
The property manager contacted us as soon as we had issues with the hot water. He then sent someone in to look at it for us and we didn’t have issues after. The property does have some issues. Two separate outlets were messed up, multiple had exposed electrical wires, the other was missing a plug, didn’t get to look inside but seems sketch.The catch bar in the shower is out, obviously a safety problem but also water getting inside. Property manager communicates extremely well but may not actually have seen the property. He will be willing to get you whatever help you need and responds immediately.

Worst experience
We were lied to and told their was elevator which had been broken since January. Furniture was very dirty and stained including dining chairs. Couldn’t get freezer open for where it was located. My friends had to go home a day after their arrival for she had a leg brace and couldn’t do steps. We were given back money but I feel not at all to compensate us for the horrible experience. Toilet overflowed twice had plumbers there 3 out of seven day stay. We left early because of the horrible feeling of dirt dust and condition of facility. Be careful if you rent this property

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear that your stay was less than ideal. However, I must clarify a few points.
Firstly, our elevator is under renovation by our HOA as it’s stated on the listing and will be operational by Jan’25. I know this issue set you off but we offered a full refund for you to leave and you declined. Regarding the furniture, we conduct regular deep cleans and inspections, and we haven’t received previous complaints about stains on the dining chairs or anything else you mentioned.
As for the freezer, it’s located in a standard spot, and we haven’t had any prior reports of accessibility issues. While I understand that your friend had mobility challenges, we always encourage guests to communicate their needs beforehand so we can assist accordingly, and we sent out our property manger numerous times to help you with your luggage.
The toilet issue you mentioned is unfortunate, but plumbing problems are often unpredictable, and we strive to address them promptly as they were.
We’re grateful for the feedback, but it’s important to set the record straight to ensure other guests have a clear understanding of what to expect. We appreciate your comments and are committed to improving our property for future visitors. Thank you again for your insights.
