Relax in the peace of a working mini-ranch where the sounds of chickens, crickets, frogs, and owls will quiet your mind. Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake!

Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

Probably the best experience and place we have stayed. Great price, and it's an amazing little guest house. Clean and cozy. Makes you feel very at home. Melody had excellent and responsive communication. The small details all over the home make a huge impact. If we come through that area, we will definitely try to stay there again.

We were very pleased with the Sunset Ranch. We loved using the gas stove and having cast iron cookware to use. The host was very communicative and ready to help if we had any need, although no needs came up. The home was comfortable and clean, with ample supplies. We enjoyed being in the country, yet only minutes away from town. The drive to and from Crater Lake was easy and relaxing. We would stay here again!

This is a perfect little place, spotlessly clean and with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, and the shower has excellent water pressure. There’s a lovely view from the front windows. I’ll be back soon.

Beautiful stay! Perfect for an overnight or a couple of days! The owner has thier own ranch and you purchase meat or eggs from them! They are so kind and great at communicating. The property itself is very beautiful and fun! A little cold during the winter but they have a space heater and a propane heater that heats up the house in minutes! :) we loved it there will be back!!

When you read the comments in the guest book, you recognize the same pleasures that other visitors have had. Example - my husband started moving suitcases in and all the girls gathered at the fence expectantly. I laughed over his magnetism and then we discovered the chicken treat instructions. :DThe apartment was perfect. Our only complaint is that we did not book for time. One of the best places we’ve stayed! So many cute little touches. Loved the chickens and can’t wait to try the eggs (available for purchase as well as fresh meat)! We enjoyed the decor and felt very cozy after a long day of driving. Beautiful property! The weather didn’t work out to see the gorgeous surrounding landscapes this time but I guess we’ll have to come back! Would definitely stay again. The owner was very thoughtful and communicative throughout the whole process. I am confident had we needed anything they would have done their best to accommodate.
