The space
Built in 2016 our waterfront lake house offers a modern feel in a country setting.

The open concept and high ceilings allows plenty of natural light for a warm and cozy feeling.

Main level offers the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom 1, bathroom 1, closet with laundry machine and dryer.

Second level offers bedroom 2, bedroom 3, bathroom 2.

The kitchen has a full sized fridge, propane stove and oven, microwave, toaster, keurig, outdoor BBQ and everything needed to prepare and enjoy your meals. (NO DISHWASHER)

The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and 4 bar stools for the counter

The living room offers 1 couch, 1 loveseat and a bird cage chair surrounding a beautiful propane fireplace with a big screen TV and satellite

Bathroom 1 - full piece bathroom with toilet, vanity, bath tub/shower
Bedroom 1 - king size bed, full closet, dresser, night table

Upper floor
Bathroom 2 - full piece bathroom with toilet, vanity, bath tub/shower
Bedroom 2 - Two queen size beds, full closet, dresser, night table
Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed (5'6'' long), single on top and double on bottom, small closet, dresser

Outside - you will find a large treed yard, several parking spots, 2 campfire pits (rear yard and on the beach), plastic Adirondack chairs, and a short walk down to a large grass area and private sandy beach with shallow sandy waters.
