Beautiful unit at Palms of Wailea

1501 has a beautiful view down the lush grounds to the ocean and is quite. These units that face the interior courtyard and pool are superior to the other units that face out to parking lots or the road. The unit was clean, and updated with modern furniture. Very comfortable. We enjoyed opening up the sliding doors and letting the outside breeze flow in while we admired the views. Definitely would stay here again.

Home away from home

I LOVE this place. This was our second stay in this unit and I’ll book again next year! The condo grounds are perfection and the unit is amazing. A few things: Cleanliness was immaculate. Kitchen is well stocked. AC units helped cool. Location is amazing. Heads up they remodeled so there is no longer a bathtub, which we were expecting bc we have a baby. They must have remodeled btw my booking and my stay. Pictures now are accurate. But would’ve been nice to know! Beach gear is slim: towels, chairs, coolers. But you can easily rent from the mgmt directly at a good rate and they drop at your unit, no need to go wait in line anywhere for pick or drop, so convenient. Basically all good things to report. 10/10 great vacation, great location, great island, love this unit!!!

First Time At The Palms

Excellent place to stay ! Our condo was nicely located for easy access the pool and still have some privacy. The lawn in front of the condo offered a great spot to view the ocean from and especially the awesome sunsets! The condo itself was a very pleasant surprise to us as to how clean,well appointed and relatively up to date it's amenities were. Loved the king bed! The one small setback was that owner of the unit next door elected to do some renovations , which was a little noisy at times during our lunch time sit out on the lanai , but really how would you have known? I understand that the owners need to keep their units up to date and have to make that effort at some point? Overall we had an excellent first time stay here at the Palm's and I'd definitely try to get this same unit again for our next stay on Maui!

Impeccably maintained and exceptionally clean!

This ground floor unit is impeccably maintained and exceptionally clean! I was delighted with the well-stocked kitchen—it had far more useful amenities compared to other places we've stayed in previously. The check-in process was incredibly straightforward, and the management company was exceptionally easy to deal with and accommodating. Having visited Maui twice a year for the past six years to see our grandkids, this place is one of my favorites; a bit pricey compared to other places but will choose to stay here again on our next visit. This unit gives off the impression that the owner genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Thank you for that!

Property was quiet for the most part but there was some weekday noise due to light duty remodeling at a neighboring unit.

1501 The Palms

The property was very good overall. However, on check-in we had a surprise as the QR code which was to provide access to the WIFI password and other information did not work. We also discovered on check-in that there was no washer or dryer as was advertised. When we reported both to the property manager the QR code issue was fixed and they offered to do laundry for us which was a nice gesture but did not make up for the inconvenience of not having in suite laundry. We also had both shower curtains and shower curtain rods fall numerous times during the week. I reinstalled them but they would not stay up. There was also no information about the audio/visual system which would have been helpful.
