Beautiful, fully furnished, mid-century open-layout house in North Beacon Hill with 2BR, 1BA, a fireplace, and a large private deck with mountain views. The light rail is just two blocks away with quick access to downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, the University District, and SeaTac Airport. A grocery store, brewery, coffee shops, restaurants, and a public library are all within 5-minutes walking distance. The El Centro Plaza is one block away and has a community center, food stalls, and many cultural events. For bike enthusiasts, trails and bicycle lanes abound for accessing all areas of the city and beyond. Reserved street parking is available for one car in front of the house. Currently the second bedroom is set up as an office for two, but we are open to reconfiguring to allow for two separate bedrooms.
