Two off street parking spaces are available to you!

Large fenced in yard. Great for you and your doggo!

Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Large well stocked kitchen. Living Room with fireplace. Flex Room with futon that can be made into an additional bed.

This home, conveniently located in Seattle's Ballard Neighborhood, is a true oasis in the city. A great home base for all of your Seattle adventures.

Two off-street parking spaces in front of the home as well as additional free on street parking.

Near two major bus lines for easy access to downtown Ballard and downtown Seattle.

Walkable to nearby grocery, bars and restaurants.

This is a very charming two bedroom house. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and nicely appointed. Great neighborhood and location in the north of Ballard section of Seattle Cole is an excellent host who clearly has thought through the needs of his clients. He made us feel very welcome. His communication was proactive and clear. He was very attentive to our needs to ensure an excellent experience. We were very happy with Cole and this property and would recommend to others without reservation. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Cole!

Our host (Cole) was very welcoming. The place was clean and open/large enough for my family of five. The best part was that it was an 8 minute walk to my son's home nearby. And we really appreciated the rental's interior set-up --- with one bedroom & bath on one side of the place and the other two bedrooms & bath on the other side. (Worked well for my other son and his young family to have their own area.)

The host had the house decorated for Christmas and left out little Christmas treats for us. The house was lovely and the petfect size for us. We would happily stay there again.

A great pet-friendly home in a great neighborhood. Close to everything from restaurants to grocery stores. We had the best time. The house was clean and well stocked in every way. The host left fresh flowers and was very responsive when we reached out. 100% will stay here again!

I would totally recommend this rental and already have! Pet-friendly, great front yard for your fuzzy friend to run around in along with super clean while still permitting pets. Great to have the ability to do laundry there with kiddos, close to shops and nice area to walk around in.

Fantastic experience all around. This home exceeded expectations, right down to the smallest of details (soft towels, plenty of pillows, lovely hand soap, etc.). We especially loved the private yard. We didn’t have our dog with us, but she would have been delighted! For anyone with kids, there’s a great playground in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Cole’s Ballard cottage. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet but close to lots of fun things in Ballard, including a nice neighborhood park and a soccer/baseball field. Cole was very pleasant to deal with and left lots of helpful information. Checking in and out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great house! The master bedroom has a door that sends in a ton of light if you like to sleep in. But its vacation so it didn't bother us. Or you can just sleep in the other rooms. Super quiet neighborhood and great to just walk around. Also the neighborhood cat Freya was my kids favorite.

Charming neighborhood with easy access to downtown Seattle.

This home was great for our trip to Seattle. The Ballard and Loyal Heights area is absolutely charming. Gorgeous flowers in everyone’s yards and makes for lovely evening strolls. The Red Line to downtown is a few blocks away, so it was really easy to use public transport and avoid driving in downtown Seattle and finding parking. Groceries and restaurants are also walkable! Highly recommend this property to explore Seattle and it’s surrounding neighborhoods.

Beautiful home in perfect location

Great house, absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean. Plenty of towels, HOT water in the showers, washer and dryer. Kitchen well supplied for cooking, and gorgeous outdoor area to enjoy the cooler Seattle weather. Loyal Heights/Ballard is our fave area to stay. Easy 10 minute walk to Larsens - my favorite bakery of all time. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, a great park, and public transportation. Host was communicative and helpful. We would absolutely book again.

Cozy Seattle stay.

We were visiting Seattle to meet up with friends. The property Cole had was as advertised. He was responsive with questions. The house was clean, quaint and had everything you would need for a stay. Perfect For Any Length Stay

This is a beautiful home in an established neighborhood. The space inside is modern with obviously careful thought given to comfort, lighting and a generally welcoming feeling. The inside space is very open and careful attention to detail is obvious. The outside space is fenced and adorned with beautiful greenery (as is this neighborhood) and as comfortably arranged as the inside. Simply put, everything is high-end and welcoming at the same time. The host (Cole) has made the entire check-in, check out process a breeze. They are easy to contact, very responsive and offer some great practical tips for navigating Ballard and Seattle in general. Five star 100%. Great place to stay!!Will stay here again.
