This mountain-view beauty oozes rustic charm mixed with modern amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Located on the second floor, the main living area boasts wooden accents throughout and a beautifully appointed, ski-themed open floor plan. Curl up by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace to stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or head over to the balcony for an entertaining barbecue with fantastic mountain views. Back inside, the home's kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes around. The first floor enjoys two well-appointed bedrooms (one of which has bunk beds) that share a full bathroom, while the third floor boasts a lofted sleeping area.
Some of the fantastic local attractions you can find nearby include Fraser Valley Sports Complex, Grand Adventure Balloon Tours Year-Round, Fraser Tubing Hill, Pole Creek Golf Club, Winter Park Resort, Arapaho And Roosevelt National Forests, Loveland Ski Area, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
