The entire area is enhanced with new hardwood flooring, and the inviting couch encourages relaxation while you take in the view through the sliding glass doors or gaze at the wood-burning fireplace, which serves as a perfect spot to enjoy a game on the large flat-screen TV, adorned with a western theme and wood-paneled accents on the walls.
The adjacent dining area features a generous table that comfortably accommodates all guests and provides easy access to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, boasting new wood cabinets, modern appliances, and countertops.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and includes a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for a group of children, featuring two sets of Captain’s bunk beds (full bed on the bottom and twin on top) and has access to the main hallway bathroom.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises as per the Homeowner Association rules. Any guests found violating these rules will be subject to a fine 200 per day.
