Nestled beside the Bogachiel River, our property offers an unparalleled connection with the great outdoors. The centerpiece of our space is the stunning view from the living room. This vista down the river will take your breath away and leave you feeling truly in touch with the beauty of nature.

One of our newest and most-loved additions is the private hot tub overlooking the river. Whether you’re soaking after a long day exploring Olympic National Park or enjoying a quiet, misty morning, the hot tub offers a front-row seat to the sights and sounds of the Bogachiel. The Covana Oasis cover allows you to relax comfortably in any weather—rain or shine.

With four bedrooms, River's Edge can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the fourth bedroom boasts twin bunk beds, perfect for families or groups.

For extra flexibility, the living room is equipped with a pullout sleeper, adding space for even more guests. In addition to the comfortable seating and the mesmerizing river view, the living room features a poker table, providing an ideal setting for entertaining and games.

Adjacent to the living room, there's a separate nook featuring a dining table that can be easily transformed into either a ping pong or pool table. This multifunctional space ensures hours of fun and extra dining space when needed.

On cooler evenings, the living room's pellet stove adds warmth and ambiance, allowing you to relax by the open flame as you gaze out at the river. Our fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious meal during your stay, whether you're cooking for a family or a larger group.

For those cozy Forks rain days, we offer a curated selection of books so you can unplug, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the private river access—step right off the back porch and into one of the Olympic Peninsula’s most renowned salmon and steelhead rivers for a truly unforgettable fishing experience.

And for added peace of mind, River’s Edge is equipped with a 26 kW Generac whole-house backup generator. Power outages can occur in Forks, particularly during winter storms, but here you’ll enjoy uninterrupted heat, lights, hot water, and Wi-Fi—an uncommon but highly valued feature among vacation rentals in the area.

The property was perfect! Great size for our 8 people. Quiet, great river view with bald eagles fishing and bathing in it. Pellet stove kept it warm and cozy. Plenty of storage and prep space in the kitchen. Owner was also very quick to respond to questions. We had a plumbing issue on Christmas Eve of all times and it was fixed very promptly. Would definitely recommend!

The place had everything one could need and was extremely clean. We had a rainy weekend but enjoyed our time due to a combination pool and ping pong table, a game table that allowed us to work a puzzle, which was also supplied and a dining table where we were able to play games. No matter what we were doing we had the most beautiful view of the river from the large windows. We even had a herd of elk wander through the backyard on our 2nd day!Our host sent a welcoming email and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here!

Rivers Edge is an absolute perfect home base to enjoy the Pacific Northwest. Secluded but very near Forks for groceries and restaurants. Close drive to the various Olympic park must sees and some incredible beaches. The home is very comfortable for family use ( we have two teenagers). 10 out of 10 we are returning!

The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed for three great dinners. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've had at a vacation home. Our elderly lab had a wonderful time. Not too many steps for him. Can't wait for the hot tub to be installed. I wish we had had dried firewood, but it was too hot to use the fire pit anyway.

The outside of the house, along with the carport and garage, looked a bit plain, but the inside was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes and there was a good selection of teas and actually a supply of coffee (though we brought our own coffee). The bedrooms were clean and made up. The living room/family room was very comfortable.Monday morning (9/15) there was an area wide power outage. We located the breaker panel and found there was a coupled switch which would connect to either Utility or Generator. We switched to Generator, but nothing happened. Is there a generator on the premises which would have to be manually started? We realized the water must be pumped in because we lost all water as well. No worries as the power came back in about an hour.Some other nit-picky things, we assumed that just flipping down the bar on the ice maker would start the making of ice, but no ice was made. We heard some humming that may be the water valve opening, but no water filled the ice maker. There is a propane heater in the kitchen, but the switch was left ON and there was no propane left in the canister.We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anybody else wanting to stay in Forks, WA. We'll certainly keep this rental in mind if we ever come back to Olympic National Park.

We had a fantastic stay at River's Edge! Great location, and the house was perfect in every way. Plenty of room for our party of 6--we had a great time playing ping pong and cards as a group. The kitchen and coffee amenities were awesome--thank you! What a difference it makes to have the coffee and tea supplies stocked. We had coffee and tea every morning on the lovely deck overlooking the river--it was absolutely beautiful. We would recommend River's Edge to anyone traveling to the area!!

We had a wonderful stay! We spent most of our time inside the national park but it was a lovely house to come back to after a busy day. Bedrooms were great, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, and the ping pong table/pool table was such a hit.

Prime Central Location if Exploring Olympic National Park

The property is in a perfect location if you want to hit the hot spots in Olympic National Park. We had our 3 generation family from Kansas, Texas, Utah, and Arizona stay in the property. Our ages were from 4 to 64. The location was perfect for our visits to Lake Crescent, Marymere Falls, 3rd Beach, Hoh Rain Forest, Rialto Beach, Sol Duc Falls, and Ruby Beach. We prepared breakfast at the house and packed lunches for our Park adventures. Evenings were spent back at the house where we had all we needed to prepare our meals. Everyone loved playing ping pong and cards in the evening. They also have a very nice Cornhole Set which we enjoyed. We flew into Seattle and hit the Aquarium and Fish Market before traveling to the house. On our return trip to Seattle we visited the Space Needle. A grocery store is within 5 minutes of the house so we visited it often. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Fantastic house and surroundings

The property was amazing. It was well equipped with all we needed for our party of 9. The kids enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and the kitchen had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process went extremely smoothly. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families with teenage kids.

River’s Edge is such a beautiful house & property. We were all so impressed with how well the house was fitted out with great cookware (we made dinner & breakfast there), nice amenities, and impressive attention to details. Beautiful home with great views

This property far exceeded our expectations! We were blown away by how nice it was renovated and decorated. The view from the deck to the river was incredible. The property itself is secluded and beautiful. The home is tasteful and comfortably furnished. The layout was open and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good condition. Bathrooms and bedrooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We stayed with a family group of 10, which included 5 kids from 8-16 and 5 adults. Everyone enjoyed the house and the kids played ping pong and pool for hours. The one thing to note for future travelers is the smaller of the fold out couches in the living space is on the small side. It would fit a child but it would be difficult to fit an adult comfortably. We visited Forks, the beaches in La Push, and the Hoh Rainforest. The house was very convenient to everything. If you are lucky enough to be there on a clear night, the stars are amazing to see!

Cabin was a destination on its own!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property was well-maintained and well-stocked. Host communication was very speedy. The coffee bar options were a nice unexpected treat. We so appreciated the privacy of this rental. It was a luxury to have views of the creek and river without seeing any other houses. I actually didn't want to leave the rental to sight-see as being on the property felt like a vacation on its own! The grocery store and restaurants in Forks were very close in case you didn't bring all the food you needed for the trip. Definitely will stay here again if we ever plan another trip to the area!

The hardest place to leave

We stayed here for seven nights, it wasn’t long enough. This is a spectacular, large property right on the river. It is secluded, but we felt safe and the house is secure. In the house every detail was covered. The kitchen is well equipped (quality cookware) and stocked. It even has multiple coffee making options and coffee furnished. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. It is a well manicured property with great indoor and outdoor spaces. The view from great room was wonderful to sit and watch the river all day, rain or shine. Our dog was in heaven. The property host is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very accessible with no stairs or obstacles into, or in the main rooms, and would be comfortable for all ages. The river can be deep and swift here and parents should be aware there is danger. We recommend to all, and hope to return.

Just Gorgeous!

This property is beyond beautiful! I came here with my 3 teenage boys for some much needed R&R. We have stayed in many VBROs over the years and this one has been one of my absolute favorites so far. The property is pretty secluded with gorgeous views out of just about any window. The sound of the river was so tranquil and relaxing to listen to. We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs outside chatting and enjoying our morning coffee. The 3 comfortable king sized beds, along with a bunk bed, were perfect for my tall teenagers. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with great cookware that made cooking meals after visiting the Hoh Rainforest and nearby beaches very easy. The bathrooms were well-stocked with soft towels and Terra bath products, which I loved! The washer and dryer was also incredibly handy since we had already been travelling for a while and this was just one of our stops. We had so much fun playing ping pong and pool. The house was plenty large enough that 2 small families could easily stay here. This property was exactly what my sons and I needed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
