I have been a host for the past three years, managing several properties in the area. I truly enjoy putting homes together and sharing them with families and other groups to make their trips even better.

Coming from a large family of seven (five kids and two parents), I remember how stressful traveling could be, often feeling like we were missing that one thing that would have made the trip more enjoyable.

My goal is to provide homes that are fully equipped, so you can focus on enjoying your time away instead of feeling uncomfortable in a temporary living situation, even if it's just for the weekend.

My motto is: "It’s the intention behind what you do that makes the difference," and I believe this applies here as well. There are many people in this space who are careless, simply adding as many houses as they can, furnishing them with the cheapest options, and focusing solely on profits. That’s not the case with my team and me. Our goal is to provide quality homes for people to enjoy, and that extra attention to detail is what sets our properties apart.

What makes all of our homes different is that we genuinely care about our guests' experience. We think about what guests might enjoy and spend time in each house periodically to catch things that only someone living there could notice. We are also very selective about the homes we manage, only choosing properties and neighborhoods that I would personally want to live in.

We immediately fell in love with this neighborhood because it offers something different from typical urban sprawl, with homes that are well-spaced and sit on larger lots. This home is perfect for a family, and the surrounding houses are all well-maintained—not mansions, but simply nice, quality homes. Each home on the street is over 1,500 sqft, and the HOA takes great care in maintaining the overall quality of the area.

I understand that everyone has different standards, but personally, I find this to be a solid, welcoming home that I always enjoy visiting.

I always make sure to choose furniture that’s not only stylish but also comfortable and durable. I personally select couches and chairs that I can sit on—nothing cheap or flimsy, ensuring they hold up over time.

I’m also a firm believer that a great stay comes down to great sleep. That’s why we’ve recently added blackout curtains in every room, including the living room, to create a dark, quiet environment wherever you’re resting. We’ve also carefully selected comfortable mattresses for all of our homes to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
