As you arrive, you’ll pass through the quiet Bob's Landing community, where a mix of permanent residents and vacation homes ensures a laid-back, serene atmosphere.

Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and fun. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a coffee station to start your mornings right. The living room is the heart of the home, perfect for movie nights.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and access to the riverfront porch—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Additional bedrooms include the music-themed "Creole Queen" with a queen bed and smart TV, a playful bunk room for kids, and a trundle room with a full-size bed, twin trundle, and a small library.

The dining/game room features a custom table that converts into a pool table, along with a vintage Ms. Pac-Man arcade loaded with 60 classic games.

Step outside to enjoy the riverfront porch, floating dock, and fire pit, where stargazing and s’mores create unforgettable memories. The hammock and spacious outdoor areas offer plenty of room to relax.

For activities, the Leakesville boat launch is a quick 10-minute drive, as is Chickasawhay River Canoe Rentals LLC for kayak, canoe, or tubing trips. Essentials are easily covered with a Walmart Supercenter just 20 minutes away.

Guest Notes:

Guests have full access to all cabin amenities, outdoor spaces, and the firepit. Parking is available in the gravel lot.

Cell service may vary by carrier; Verizon tends to work best, and high-speed fiber internet is available for Wi-Fi calling.

Should you choose to utilize either, you do so entirely at your own risk and assume full liability for any associated risks or consequences. We kindly request that guests under the age of 12 be supervised while on the riverbank and when visiting the dock. It is essential to exercise caution and ensure responsible supervision to ensure the well-being of all individuals.
