While new sheets and a cleaning products were dropped off at the front door, I wasn’t pleased to check into a cabin with dirty and yellow stained sheets, hot tub that hadn’t been properly maintained/cleaned, cooking pans, utensils, plates, silverware etc all with old and caked on food from previous visitors. We were expected to take care of the cleaning ourselves versus just checking into a clean cabin. We didn’t come on vacation to clean. It was bothersome that the host was annoyed when we called after several messages went unanswered. I understand things happen, new cleaning crews, etc., but we never asked for anything other than clean sheets and a chlorine tablet for the hot tub. Yes those things were dropped off, tho the bedding delivered wasn’t even the right size for one of the mattresses, but it was the fact we seemed to offend or bother the host that we asked for clean items. Again, we understand things happen and didn’t want to make an issue, but it immediately felt off when the host was defensive instead of understanding and wanting to make things right. It should be noted that my entire family didn’t even sleep in the sheets our first night. We took blankets we had from the car and slept on those instead. At no point did we ask for financial compensation, we just wanted a clean bed to sleep in. Interestingly enough, on check out we are told not to strip the beds. I delayed writing a comment to avoid conflict but in the end I felt I needed to write something.

Overall good! Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything we needed. Did find several stink bugs in the lower bedroom, and the shower water had a funny scent. Other than that no complaints.

The hostess was awesome, check in was great, the cabin was beautiful, the only complaint the drains were very slow and had a bad odor, I would definitely give it another try

Cabin was as described and pictures depicted it well. Sandy was always quick to respond with my questions. The resort itself has tons of things to do if you wanted. There are a few places near to get needed supplies if you forgot them and the strip is only 10 min away. Worked well for us as we only used it to sleep and some relaxation and spent most of this trip doing other things besides hanging at the cabin.

The cabin we rented had raccoons in the flu Sandy was aware of the issue before we arrived,if i would have known i would have tried to find new accommodations. And i do understand the cabin is in the woods. We stayed at the cabin 1 night and was moved to a different cabin that had very little to no water, Sandy did have 2 different companies come out for repairs but couldn't repair so we had to buy water for coffee, washing up, and brushing our teeth and we reimbursed 200.00 we did not stay the last night, we were there 6 days and i was told by Sandy thru texting these are things that are out of our control and just a heads up if need to contact her 90 percent of the time it has to be texting. I take 2 vacations a year and have never been thru anything like this stay before.

Definitely Recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was so beautiful and super cozy. Not to mention it was a very close drive to pigeon forge. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, which was amazing. And the checkout list was very simple, so you can enjoy a little extra time before leaving.

Great location

Nice cabin with a great location. You can be on the strip of pigeon forge in 10min. Gas station, grocery store, dollar store and pizza place 5min away

Nice quaint stay

Nice cozy updated cabin in the woods on a hill with some scenery views. Complex was very nice with multiple amenities for all age levels.

Wedding party

Cabin is very nice. Sandy was very responsive on checking in and out. Highly recommend as the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my father in law and upstairs king and bath was fabulous. Great patio with grill, rocking chairs, and hot tub. Fire place was great with wood just outside. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Family friendly

This property is family friendly with many activities available on site. Some of the things in the cabin could be replaced or upgraded (the mattresses were very broken down). I was a little disappointed that there weren't better spaces to take the dogs to potty once up at the cabin.
