AMAZING DUPLEX IN CENTRAL HARLEM WITH 2 LARGE BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS AND A TERRACE
Your apartment is a duplex 1600 square feet in a brownstone in west Harlem 10 minutes walk from central park to do your jogging, 2 minutes walk to the express subway lines 2 and 3; lots of variety of restaurants within walking distance.
Each floor has a bedroom and en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are very spacious, one of them has a couch that opens up to a bed.
The house is very artistically decorated with a shabby chick feeling, very spacious. The brownstone is in on a beautiful tree lined street, very family oriented. We've been living here since 22 years and just love the neighborhood with wholefoods, Trader Joe's a few blocks away.
The house offers a lot of amenities, the kitchen is very well equipped. You will feel so good you won't want to leave.
There is a deck where you can have lunch or a barbecue, relax and forget that you live in the heart of the city with birds singing in the trees.
The duplex is on the top 2 floors of the Brownstone, my husband and i live in the triplex right at the bottom.

I first moved in this house 25 years ago as a renter living in this same apartment you are renting and in 2004 my ex husband and i bought the house; i loved this house as soon as i set foot in it; it was love at first sight i decided then the house will be mine.
The neiborghood is very welcoming, now most people on the street are like family to us.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city but yet it is very central with the express 2 and 3 train 3 minutes walk that takes you anywhere in the city in no time; all the parks surrounding us, running in central park early morning is priceless
