Family friendly and easy access!

We had a great time staying here. The pool and 2 hot tubs were a hit with the kids after long days on the slopes.

Great location and we liked that there were lots of families there. The whole place is just a bit old and run-down and in need of some updstes. For example, the carpets just felt dirty. That's probably what to expect for the price at such a great location.

Thanks for the feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the family-friendly vibe. You’re right, it’s an older mountain property and that’s part of how we’re able to offer strong value in a great spot. That said, it should always feel clean and comfortable, so we’ll take a closer look at the carpets and overall condition. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing the feedback.

Even though the complex is older it was still an enjoyable property, we chose this place for the pool. We would stay at the complex again but probably not this unit. The pull out had crumbs and didn’t have sheets but plenty of blankets to choose from but we didn’t find any we felt were clean, all seemed to have crusty smears of something on them. Thankfully it was hot so we could spare some of the bedding from one of the beds. Housekeeping did bring a flat sheet and a blanket the next day. We also washed any of the pots and pans we cooked with as most had dried food on them. The first night I spent about 30 mins on the phone with spectrum to get the cable up and running as there was no service when we arrived. Complex is quiet.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We're glad you enjoyed the pool and peaceful setting, but we're very sorry the condo wasn't up to our usual standards of cleanliness. The bedding and kitchenware concerns are certainly not what we expect from our housekeeping team, and we'll be addressing those issues. We also apologize for the cable trouble and appreciate your patience while getting it resolved. We're glad our team was able to bring additional linens, and we hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide a much better experience!

Bring a sleep mask

Everything about the stay was excellent, except that the bedrooms face the interior, and the curtains are not long enough to stop the light from getting in. Every time you turn over in bed you're convinced it's sunrise.

We appreciate you pointing out the issue with the bedroom curtains—getting a good night's sleep is important, and we’ll definitely look into options for better light blocking. Hope to host you again soon!

Cheapest for a reason

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was older than myself. Shelf doors falling off, broken fans and missing amenities are part of what you have to look forward to. That being said it was very convenient to have the shuttle to the lifts so close. The pool and hot tub have been out of commission for over a year according to a long term resident but it is still being advertised.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. We only had one thing that couldve been better - the queen bed was not comfortable! It sloped downhill. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Perfectly acceptable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for work and found this condo on relatively short notice. If the price is right, this condo will suffice just fine. It is definitely very dated and a little quirky, but was clean. Beds are not super comfy and the soap products were terrible, so you may want to bring your own. Location was great though and the lodging company was easy to work with. All in all, a decent place to stay if it's priced accordingly.

The walk to base are more convenient than expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay at the Grand Lodge or a ski in/ ski out rental but booked late so ended up renting at three seasons. The walk was not as bad as expected to the base area and the bus was also convenient when we didn't feel like walking. The condo was very accommodating and spacious. Would definitely book here again.

Mediocre Facility

First family ski trip to CB. Apparently there was no review for this condo online. The condos were built in the 80s and no improvements have been made to the facility. The mattresses, bedding and pillows all need to be replaced. The bathroom sink linked. The shower facet sprayed water everywhere. The entertainment center and furniture were covered in dust. The pullout sofa needs to burned. The indoor pool was broken during the busiest time of the year. There were only 3 washers and dryers. Even the cleaning crew was using the laundromat for washing towels for the condos. The condo is close to the bus stop for easy access to the base area for skiing. I would choose another place to stay. I do not recommend the Three Seasons.
