Nestled on a hillside, this garden suite has a private entrance, street parking and a large, private outdoor patio with fireplace. Two bathrooms. Abundance of wildlife in a spacious yard. The kitchenette is stocked with all you'll need for a light continental breakfast as well as snacks. The bed is queen-size, and the bedroom has blackout shades. Dedicated thermostat in the hallway. Laundry room available upon request.

We simply can't say enough wonderful things about Bob and Cynthia and their rental suite! Such a beautiful space...we epecially loved the huge, comfy patio with the cozy fireplace and blankets to wrap up in. We found some much-needed peace hanging out there, watching the deer (Black-tailed, I believe...we only have White-tailed in Michigan). The Hurleys were so gracious; they met us on arrival and showed us around. And surprised us with snacks, breakfast baked goods and a nice bottle of wine! The suite was clean and beautiful, with every thoughtful detail included (finally, a place with enough hooks to hang towels and clothes on!).

Great cozy yet spacious rental. Bob met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was. Generous supply of snacks and drinks were provided. The patio is huge and outdoor fireplace a nice bonus. It was chilly but I can imagine spending warm summer nights enjoying the outdoors in the summer. We saw many deer enjoying the back hillside area during our stay too. Location is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown/Oxbow area. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was one of our very best stays VRBO stays. The hosts were charming and personally greeted us on arrival and departure. Communication was outstanding. The home is comfortable, clean, and well furnished. The views from the patio were great as was the fireplace. The hosts provided a loaf of bread and other various essentials. I can’t recommend this place more highly.

The property was very clean and provided a relaxing environment to stay in. Cynthia and Bob were very helpful with anything we needed and very knowledgeable about the area. The back patio was a great place to enjoy the local nature and their house was nearby great restaurants and local shopping districts. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy all Napa has to offer.

Cynthia and Bob’s place was a great base for our travels around Napa and Sonoma. They greeted us in person which was very nice, and were just lovely. We appreciated the extras they provided, it felt more like being at home than in a rental. The set up of the suite is perfect. Very enjoyable and always prompt responses from them throughout the entire process.

Home like place to enjoy Napa

Cannot say enough great things about this place. Lots of extras that Robert and Cynthia put into this apartment to make your stay pleasurable. Wine was set out, things for breakfast and other little snacks. Close to town and a wine tour picked is up at the place. A

Short Napa winery tour stay

Short weekend Napa trip on this beautiful property. The owner had detail instruction so we will not have any issue checking in, and she gave us a tour of the home when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood and bit long but walkable distance to Napa downtown.I would come back here for my next trip!

We enjoyed a great weekend stay in Cynthia and Bob's guest suite. They were fabulous hosts and took care to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in a fantastic location very close to downtown but set back in a quiet neighborhood with deer who visited the backyard in the morning.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here, it was just perfect! Bob and Cynthia went above and beyond providing treats for us including fresh bread, wine, fruit, coffee, soda and waters among other things. The place is lovely and very private from the whole house. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere was just so peaceful. We will definitely be back if we make it to La Onda fest another year. Thank you Bob and Cynthia for sharing your house with us.

Perfect stay during Napa trip

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the morning we enjoyed coffee by the outdoor fireplace and even saw deer. The two bathrooms were a real treat. Hoping to visit Napa again and we wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay!

We're located in the Alta Heights neighborhood. It's a desirable place to live and one of the oldest in the area. Downtown Napa is very walkable in about 30 minutes. There you'll find a big selection of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, music and other entertainment.

The suite has an enormous backyard you will enjoy from the private patio. It's wild and full of nature, yet walkable to town.
