It was the perfect stay for our little birthday getaway. Very quaint and quiet, and great location just off Silverado, had everything we needed. Only complaint was the smell of the fountain water, but more of a minor annoyance than anything. Overall - Great stay in a really cool location. Would come here again!

This cute cabin is located on a winery just north of Napa. Quaint setting, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable bed. The water in the shower was quite smelly, but I believe this is due to the house being on well water.

The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. There seemed to be plenty of cookware, though we only used the microwave. Licated on the southern end of Silverado Trail, we had quick access to downtown Napa's doning options as well as the wineries we were going to. Very quiet property. Hardly any noise from the road. Note: the tap water is from their well and they have a bottled water dispenser for drinking. The shower water did smell off (maybe sulfur) and the shower is slow to drain. I would recommend the property for a couple, and would head there again.

I'll start with the good. Clean, cozy cottage set in the vineyard of a winery. It feels very private and secluded. The grounds are quiet and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the bath well stocked with linens and other necessities, the kitchen, likewise, was well stocked for preparing and enjoying meals. What made this 3 stars instead of 5 was a problem with the water and plumbing. First, the water had a slight sulfer/rotten egg smell. We brushed teeth and made ice cubes with bottled water but had no choice but to shower and wash clothes with the tap water. Then there was the water pressure, temp, and drain problems. While showering the first night, the drain was very slow and left us standing in about an inch of water by the end. The second night I was a minute or two into a shower when the water pressure dropped to a trickle and the water went cold. I finished my shower shivering and with numb feet. The picture is of the shower on full. My wife wasn't able to shower as there was no hot water. I sent a text message to the owner about the issue but never received a response.We really liked the cottage and the location. If the plumbing issues are fixed, I would easily give it 5 stars. As it is though, with the water issues and the lack of response from the owner, 3 stars is the best I can do.

Cozy cottage in a beautiful vineyard setting

Sincerely enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for exploring wine country and the surrounding grape vines and trees are gorgeous. Felt peaceful & idyllic looking out into a sea of green from every window. The house is cozy and well maintained, equipped with a kitchenette, living room and front porch, all great areas for lounging & sharing leisurely conversations. There’s a creek onsite and charming winery buildings in the distance. Check-in and parking is easy, and Hailey provides helpful details about the place. Would like to stay here again when we visit Napa Valley.

Napa Weekend

My wife, son and mother in law stayed at Hailey’s over the weekend for a wedding. It was such a great location but still felt very private on the winery. House was great for us in size. Everything was very clean and nice and Hailey was super responsive with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again!

Gem of Gems!

Gorgeous hideaway in a working vineyard. Beautiful scenery every time we stepped outside. Blossoming grapes & greenery as far as you could see. Having coffee on the front porch in the mornings was priceless! Even the water was natural & sulfur rich just as they used for the grapes! Super clean & comfy accommodations.

Hidden gem

Loved our vineyard cottage, very unpretentious. Every morning we had coffee or tea outside amongst the grapevines hearing birds chirp and hares frolic. Our host was terrific as she left some much needed beverages and snacks for us to enjoy. Everything was set up to be a home away from home with all the essentials. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quiet retreat

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in Napa. Host is very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Location is perfect and the space is clean and private. I definitely would recommend to anyone!

Hidden gem in the valley

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in a working vineyard. Wonderful views from the front porch. Very clean and kitchen was fully stocked with cooking implements. Although we felt like we were miles away from civilization, we were less than 5 minites from stores and downtown. We will be back next time we are in Napa.

Cute and Cozy

This property was beautiful and allowed for some great pictures. The house is the perfect size for two people and had all the necessary amenities. Perfect location as well, short drive to restaurants and wineries. Recommend this location for your next stay.
