Nestled in Monashee Mountain Range, near the base of Red Mountain (just a short 500 walk), which is part of the renowned Powder Highway in Canada, this high-end Passive Home is the perfect retreat for those who want to experience the beauty of nature while enjoying all the modern conveniences of a high-end vacation rental.

The space is the whole house, both the Sullivan House and Bea Suite. The main house is 2 Bedroom 2 Full bath and 1/2 bath, full kitchen living room and garage space sleeps 4. As well you have the open concept suite which is 800 Square feet and sleeps up to 4, with a comfy King Size bed, and Queen size sofa bed. Architecturally designed to feel spacious and comfortable

If you want to live like a local, Rafters Pub - one of the BEST Apres Ski Bars in the World!! As well, Rock Cut Neighborhood Pub and Restaurant is within steps of the property. A short walk to the Red Mountain Resort Ski area, approximately 500 meters. Rossland is a quick 5 min drive to the funky main street full of restaurants, coffee shops, brewpubs, and shopping.

In the Winter the Red Mountain Shuttle will stop at the lower parking area of the Rock Cut Pub. The shuttle is free and runs from the town of Rossland the base of the ski hill.
