Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, antebellum charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Erica Davis Lowcountry for some fresh, local seafood.
Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!
Getting Around:
Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park.

âWe try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
âThe hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
âWe have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
âWe request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.Â
âWe require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Â
âWe do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.Â
