Beautifully decorated through out the home.

Each bedroom has comfortable beds, closets & dressers (two towels in each closet), charging station on both sides of the beds, and Alexa dots (with clocks).

Both showers include shampoo/bodywash and conditioner.

Kitchen includes coffees bar, blender, cheese board, cutlery set, instant cooker, and a 4-slice toaster.

The town home was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has everything that you would need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Steve was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place.

Nice, clean place and the use of the swimming pool was great. Host was nice and very responsive to our questions, etc. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Would stay here again for sure!

Westbury Townhome Review

This is a GREAT place to stay! It's super clean and has all the amenities of home. It even has a garage! Steve (the owner) was excellent to work with. I highly recommend this location for vacation or long-term rentals.

Wonderful stay

The townhouse is beautiful elegantly decorated but with a very homey feeling. Steve was an amazing host even greeting us iat 2:30 in the morning to show us where and helped to carry in things for us. I feel like he really went above and beyond. Will definitely try to stay at one of his properties again

Very clean property near I25

This home was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to questions. Checking in was a little tricky - maps takes you to a location the host says not to park at, but once we navigated how to get to the front door and garage the first time it was easy after that. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than advertised!

We, myself and my two adult daughters, stayed here and the property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, quiet, decorated well, everything we could possibly need was there and the host was always quick to respond. It was a very convenient location as we visited family in North Denver and Erie. I will tell my friends about this wonderful rental and won’t even look at other properties when I return to the Denver area. Feel like I have found a jewel!

My Daughter’s Graduation Trip

My family and I were here for my daughter’s graduation at Boulder School at Law. It was our fist time renting a property in Westminster and I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy! The place was spotless and the owner very helpful and kind. Besides, the location is perfect and very close to Denver and Boulder. Thanks a lot, Steven.

Perfect spot for what we needed

My teenage daughter and I traveled here for a week of Fastpitch softball and this place was centrally located for all the parks we were scheduled to play in. The place was clean, comfortable, and modern. Steve was a great host, always available and communicated all things very well. He was also flexible on arrival/ departure needs if the unit was unoccupied prior/after our stay. Glad we rented there, and would return in the coming years for the same national tournaments. One thing to note, the community hot tub never did get hot, in case that matters to you. Pool was nice, and Steve had some convenient items for use in his spacious garage, including a wagon to tote things and a small cooler. Perfect for what we needed.

Nice property

Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.) So as we were coming and going we felt uncomfortable that something we did would cause them to complain. The AC isn’t great upstairs so we were very warm at night but it was cool downstairs. The signs everywhere were a bit much...lots of rules about shoes and drinks and covering the furniture. And having an Amazon device in every room, even the bathroom, was odd. Otherwise the place was fine. Close to Denver, Boulder, Morrison/Red Rocks -all about 30 minutes but if you’re looking to explore further (Colorado Springs or Rocky Mountain National Park) that’s between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. We’re from the NYC area and we were surprised at the fact that the area has a LOT of traffic at most days/times not just during rush hour as you’d expect. Just some things to consider-location wise.

Mary, your description of the home is pretty accurate and I truly appreciate your honest review. Though, I would like to explain some of the concerns you brought up. Their is a single neighbor who feels uncomfortable when guests go off path and walk near his windows, which I feel is understandable. I apologize that that request put you on edge. The A/C was set at 72° for your arrival. You had the ability to adjust the temperature to your preference during you're entire stay. I've checked the thermostat history and show no adjustments were made to the temperature during your stay. The Amazon Echos Speakers are speakers and nothing more. They were actually suggested by prior guests. I've had two separate bookings where guests have suggested the ability to listen to music as the get ready for the day. After those two suggestions, I felt it would be a great amenity. Some guests enjoy them and use them to play music. While others simply unplug them. (I really do try to listen to the suggestions and recommendations that my guests offer me.) I sincerely appreciate your detailed review and feedback of your stay.
