Lovely three bedroom, 2.5 bath modern townhouse. Perfect location close to everything in town. 35 minutes from Denver & Boulder area.
Fully furnished. All modern appliances, washer & dryer laundry room with attached 2 car garage. Dishes, pots and pans everything you need for cooking in this spacious all granite kitchen. Kitchen has built-in desk area with granite countertops as well. Plenty of storage and large pantry. Primary bedroom has a comfy queen bed and large ensuite with soaking tub and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has full bed perfect for our younger guests.
3rd bedroom with walk-in closet boasts a custom built queen size murphy bed. Perfect for bedroom, guest room or home office or both!
Small desk also included. Community pool, parks, trails. Walk to restaurants, breweries, library and rec center.

Teresa’s place was clean, comfortable, and right where you’ll want to be in Erie. The town is lovely and has great parks and restaurants. We loved the town and our stay. Every thing was perfect!

Great and convenient location for this townhouse. Lots of areas to walk and enjoy the nice town. Kitchen has a functional setup that makes it easy to use. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked and comfortable to enjoy the stay here.

This property was meticulously clean, had all the amenities we needed with no clutter we didnt. Having a pool in walking distance was a huge bonus for us! Owner was always responsive when we had questions!!

Teresa was an excellent host! Her place was clean and well appointed. It is located near Boulder but also close to the airport which worked well for us. We used the nearby community center to workout and it was a fairly quick trip into Boulder. We would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect Location for us

Comfortable townhome that worked out great. Host was communicative and accommodating to our last minute special request. Beds were comfortable. There are restaurants, walking/biking paths just off the property and a great park within a short walk. Easy ride to Boulder or Denver or the airport.

Amazing stay in the most adorable town outside of Denver!

We absolutely loved our stay! The town of Erie is honestly the most beautiful small town with easy access to everything you could want to do near Denver and the Rocky Mountains! The neighborhood is beautiful with every amenity a family could ever need! The neighborhood pool, park and trail were incredible. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The owner is so responsive! If you’re looking to stay near Denver, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful centrally located condo

This was the perfect choice for my daughters and I for our first trip to Colorado. Immaculate condo that allowed us to share time together. Location was central to all that we did for the week! Check in and check out was very easy and owner was very responsive when needed!

Relaxing home away from home.

I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for my family. House was clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. Nice views of the scenic mountain range. The town is easily accessible and secluded enough from the big cities. And to top it off, downtown had a concert on our last night there.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, spacious, accommodating. Home away from home. We had a few questions in the beginning and the owners were very quick to respond and everything worked out perfectly. Love the location, the walking trails in the little town of Erie. Great Place in Cute Town

This townhouse was the perfect place for our family to land after busy days exploring different parts of Colorado. We actually stayed here for more than 2 weeks and it felt like a home away from home. The host was very responsive and helpful! We even had access to the local community center which had an indoor pool and splashpad. Lots of parks close by to keep our three year old grandson busy! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Nice large place in Erie

This was a nice large property with a lot of space, large kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms/closets. Owner was responsive to questions. Great location-2miles from our family and easy access to freeways. The only negative was that the pool was closed, has been for a while I guess. I did choose this property because of the pool as it was 95-100 degrees while we were there, so that was a bummer. But they did leave us cards to use the community center - which has an indoor water park, mostly for kids - but was nice. We would stay here again!

Hello, My husband and I have six adult children, two dogs, 2 goats and 10 chickens! We also own and VRBO our second home in Winter Park. With all that, we also work full-time, me in Denver and my husband commutes to another state. Busy, you bet! Organized? Oh yes! We enjoy all things out doors and love meeting new people.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We purchased this lovely townhome in Erie while searching for a property that we could "fix up" and start a small farm. We have decided to keep the property (after moving about fifteen miles further north on some acreage), in order for our kids to have a place to stay once they complete college and decide what they actually want to do with their lives.
Until that time, we want to be able to assist others that are looking for temporary housing for one month to a couple of years.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is a part of the Erie Commons HOA. This costs about $350/month and allows our guests to utilize a lovely pool, bike paths, mountain bike trails and have the outside area maintained.
Walking to downtown is a breeze, as well as to the park, pool, frisbee golf. There is still some construction going on across the street to be completed end of summer ‘24. Even with that, property is very quiet.
