The view was great. Beach access was close and easy to get to. House was nice and big. Would’ve been nice if we could have used elevator to carry everything up and down.

Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and service items we needed for the entire stay and our family of 9. The entire place was clean and well set-up. The less than 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Any more visits to Folly Beach, I will look for this place first everytime. It was great.

First Stay at Folley Beach

Property was ideal for our family - size, design, cleanliness, pool in the back, convenient walk to the beach and the downtown area.The entire family loved the home and the convenience of the pool and ocean. It was ideal for the younger children.

The house was very nice and as advertised. I would consider following up after the cleaning. Countertops were dirty. Food from previous guest was on the front and back porch. And please consider purchasing cushion mattress covers. My husband and daughter slept on the couch bc the mattresses were so incredibly uncomfortable. I cannot see my family returning to this home. Oh, and we looked but could not find any grilling tools to clean the gas grill. The pool area was lovely but the additional charge to heat the pool/hot tub seemed a bit much considering what we were paying for an off season visit. :(
We did enjoy painting with watercolors and drinking our morning coffee on the front porch

Beautiful Home

We chose this home because of the convenience of it being so close to the beach (I could look out my window and see it every morning we woke up). And because it was big enough to accommodate our family. We have two children who love to swim and this one had a heated pool and hot tub. I do wish they’d prefaced the hot tub and pool are heated separately, therefore they are charged two fees. Other than the washing machine having issues (which they did give us the option for a complimentary cleaning service because of the machine being broken), this place was beautiful and immaculately clean and loved our stay. Large enough garage for our big vehicle as well.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the separate heating fees for the pool and hot tub. The property description mentions the additional fees to heat either amenity. These fees are never added or charged to a guest's account without their request and authorization. We will explore options to make this clearer for future guests. We're also glad we were able to offer a solution regarding the washing machine issue and that it didn't detract too much from your stay. Gorgeous spacious home right off the beach!

It feels so much bigger inside! Definitely a wow effect when you walk in. All of the rooms and bathrooms are great. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool is fabulous- not much privacy. Road right behind it. Beach is across the street! Just walk across the street and down one block to the beach access. We do wish that the house would have come with beach, chairs and umbrellas. We did rent them.The beds were all super firm if you like that. We were not able to check in until a little after 4 PM on the check-in day. Do not plan on coming early and hoping for an early check-! Great communication with managing company.Overall an amazing home and my family loved it.

The house was beautiful and met all our expectations. The Pool was clean and the property was very close beach access. The rental company was amazing as the microwave wasn't working and they immediately brought in a new one, we will definitely stay here again to make wonderful memories!
