Golf Course Views, Beautiful Landscaping and plenty of games ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay! With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home provides lots of room for your family and friends! The Master Suite is large, with a King size Bed and offers fantastic views of the Balboa Golf Course and access to the deck. The large en-suite offers a nice soaking tub, to relax those muscles after a day on the Course! Two more bedrooms, both with a King sized bed, and there are two bunk beds located right next to the living room. The two orange chairs in the living room fold out to twin size sleepers, providing extra space for up to 12 guests. Cook amazing meals in the well-appointed kitchen and make a drink at the bar. This home provides hours of entertainment for kids of all ages with the large Ping Pong table on the back deck, a Frogger Video Game (so cool!), Dart Board, Jenga, and other board games, along with golf putters and golf balls to use at the putt putt course!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
