This jewel near Lake Desoto and Cortez Golf Course on the West End of Hot Springs Village comes with the decorator’s heart in providing a comfy, relaxing atmosphere.

Enjoy indoor livings and the two outdoor patios overlooking the woods morning and evening.

After exploring 11 lakes, 171 holes over 9 golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, 30 miles of hiking trails, swimming pools, boating, beaches, enjoy a tranquil rest here.

Parking: 02 spots in front of and closest to our corner townhouse.

$15/person/night after the 4th person.

Roller Coaster Ride

The house was beautiful and well put together! Chris was nice and very attentive! The location was beautiful but the road to the house was very hilly felt like you were on a roller coaster getting to the house, however it is inside a gated community so you have to check in each you come back!

Great stay

We are a family with older children visiting my parents in the village. We enjoyed being close to the shopping and restaurants of the west gate. Property is as pictured and communication with the property manager was easy.

Vacay 2024

Peaceful neighborhood. When we travel to Arkansas we always choose Hot Springs Village for our stay. The townhome was very clean, easy to get to, and was equipped very nicely. It was also reasonably priced. We would choose to stay here again.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed the townhouse. It is equipped with a lot of items we normally have to carry. It’s a townhouse. The main level heads 1 bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. Stairs lead to the lower level. There are 2 more bedrooms, bath and laundry room. Each level has a wooded deck. Our only issue was the trash around the side and back of the house. The unit is near the collection site for a few other homes.. so sometimes it’s messy. Overall a good stay.

Cute little condo in Hot Springs Village

Wonderful condo nestled in quiet Hot Springs Village! Super clean and cute. Stocked well and had good coffee! Lots of room and gorgeous back yard view. Great host! Really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation

We showed up before 4pm check in due to traveling 13 hours, want to get in and couldn't understand why the code would not work. Looking for answers and no way to contact the host, neighbor reached out, but took over an hour to get back to him. So, we found out why and had to sit there for over 2 hours when she could have let us in remotely. The couch us very uncomfortable and one side of it is broken, used pillows for back support. Surfaced cleaned, light bulbs burned out, clocks needs a batteries. Barbecue grill has used charcoal in it, so we didn't use it. Only have Pluto on TV, we don't stream, so no local channels available.

Perfection!

Chris definitely earns 'super host' status - excellent communication and easy check-in. This property is indeed a jewel! The location is idyllic and the interior is just beautiful. It's bright and clean and super comfortable. In fact, it's definitely an upgrade on my everyday life, and that's what vacations are all about, right??

The place was nice but not exactly what we expected. No yard or outdo.or space at all. On line pictures made it look like all rooms where on the same level and that there was a yard. The Village is beautiful and lots to do so we did enjoy our time there. Just a little disappointed with the house.

Great getaway

We rented this place for one of our family members birthday as she loves the nature, mountains, trails, and being outdoors! This little spot was perfect as we were surrounded with nature in the mountains at all times! Beautiful views, many lakes nearby, botanical garden nearby, and many hiking trails as well! The place was beautifully furnished and was incredibly clean! You are close with many neighbors but the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful and wake up with birds chirping away in the morning. The host is also very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions!! Overall this place was amazing!

I love it the minute I walked it. I felt welcomed, serene and knew right away that I can make a home here long term.

Previous owner renovated this property as their interim home while waiting on the new home finish building in the Hot Springs Village (HSV).

They remodeled it, furnished it and decorated it with their hearts and personal touch in it.

I enjoy the place inside, outside and the surroundings, an absolutely a rare find!

The private deck - fresh breeze, had my breakfast and a late night drink while listening to the nature.

I Love Love this home.

Very Affordable , Tranquil Escape in a safe gated community that boasts Nature, Golf Courses, Lakes and a long list of amenities.

Neighbors know and support each other. Warm and friendly community, they are not shy to share intriguing life story if you let them.

This townhouse is easily found even at night from the West Gate. This is an important trait for new comers as HSV does not have street lights off the main road and some areas do not have good cell signal.
