The sunroom is joy embodied, featuring sunlight that streams through the windows, and a fireplace to enjoy on cooler (or any!) nights. Step out onto our deck and get the grill going for the perfect BBQ meal. We're partial to grilled chicken and veggies, but when you’re at the grill, you're the grill master.

Look out beyond the deck onto Big Boulder Lake (we dare you to find a spot more serene), and across the lake lies Big Boulder Ski resort... so no matter the season, you're just minutes away from nature and fun.

The crown jewel of our 5 clean, comfy, and spacious bedrooms is the owner's room, which adjoins to the fireplace and sunroom.

Hop on downstairs and check our large, finished basement, and challenge your friends and loved ones to a game of pool on our state of the art pool table.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | 5 Bedrooms | 3 Full Bathrooms
✔ Bedroom 1: Main floor bedroom has King Bed with adjoining full bathroom, complete with soaking tub.
✔ Bedrooms 2 & 3 (Second floor): Room 2 has two Queen beds; Room 3 has a Queen bed and Twin Bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor.
✔ Bedrooms 4 & 5 (Basement): Room 4 has a Queen Bed and Full Bed; Room 5 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. *Please Note* Rooms 4 and 5 are adjoining, and you need to walk through room 4 to get to room 5 (a nice option for families!). There is a full bathroom in the basement.

Other things to note:
1. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property (please leave your furry friends at home). Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home may result in a $400 non-refundable fine. It may also result in the removal of guests from the home. Thank you for understanding.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are found, the guest will be charged with a $200 per day fee.
3. For your safety, we do have a security camera (exterior only; there are no cameras in the home).
