The space
Our luxurious chalet offers 3 levels of living and can comfortably sleep up to 15 guests. (12 adults/3 children) 4 Bedrooms, Den, 3 Full Baths & Large family room with 2 separate living areas. The house has AC throughout.

A perfect getaway for families, ski enthusiast, outdoor adventurist, or romantic place for couples. Enjoy our vacation home with all modern amenities and have the vacation of a lifetime. This is your home away from home conveniently located in Towamensing Trails, just a short walk to the Community Lake, beach, pool and playground.

Your group will be able to spread out on 3 levels of living. With each room equipped with a Smart TV.

The lower level features our family room, with a 50" smart TV, Pool Table, Xbox, Arcade games, Private Den/bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom with step in shower.

The main level features an open floor plan, Living Room, 50" smart TV, gas fireplace, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master bedroom with King and attached bathroom, Laundry Room, and a large wrap around covered deck perfect for entertaining.

The top level features our Loft with 2 sofa beds, 40" smart TV, foosball, full bathroom, Private Queen bedroom, and our bunk bedroom with a twin over full bed and a separate single bed.

With 3 levels of living there is plenty of room for you and your group to spread out and enjoy.

And after a long day on the lake, hiking, biking or skiing, you can relax in the Hot Tub!

We are located in private community that offers amenities such as, a private lake, beach area, tennis courts, playground, boat rentals and more.

The house can only accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

Hickory Run State Park is only 8 minutes and offers a large lake, picnic areas, a large sandy beach for swimming and there are several streams for the fishing enthusiasts.

The community requires badges to use the amenities. All persons over the age of 5 need a badge. There is an 8-badge limit and no option to buy/obtain additional. There are towel sets for up to 15 guests. Please advise if more is needed. Minimum age to rent our vacation home is 24 years old.
