4 suites parentales avec salle de bain privée et 2 chambres avec lits superposés - 16 couchages.

Cette maison de luxe incroyable sur 4. 5 acres Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un ruisseau (d'oĂč le nom Brookhouse) a Ă©tĂ© construit et meublĂ© en 2012 avec des meubles / appareils mĂ©nagers / linge de maison haut de gamme. La propriĂ©tĂ© est professionnellement maintenue comme une location de luxe. La maison se trouve Ă  5 minutes en voiture de la rĂ©gion de Mount Snow, en Carinthie, avec un tout nouveau club house qui ouvrira ses portes en 2018 en hiver.
HIVER:
À 5 minutes de la base de Carinthie du Mont Snow ou Ă  environ 10 minutes de la face principale du Mont Snow. C'est sur Haystack Mountain que l'on peut faire de la raquette ou du ski de fond. Emplacement idĂ©al pour les motoneiges car nous sommes situĂ©s sur Haystack Mountain et sur le sentier VAST. Place de parking pour motoneige fournie. Zoar Outdoor Ă  Wilmington, dans le Vermont, propose toutes les activitĂ©s hivernales. La maison est Ă©galement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de 2 chevaux pour ajouter Ă  l'ambiance VT. C’est ainsi que la vie de VT de luxe est censĂ©e ĂȘtre ...


ÉTÉ:
Le lac Raponda et le lac Whitingham sont à environ 10-15 minutes de trajet. Les deux ont de belles plages. Zoar Outdoor propose de nombreuses activités été comme hiver à Wilmington, dans le Vermont. Le réservoir Harriman propose la location de bateaux. 40 minutes de Charlemont, MA pour le rafting en eau vive. 40 minutes de Bromley Mountain pour tyrolienne, montagnes russes et autres activités familiales. 40min à Manchester, Vermont pour faire ses courses.

Chaque suite principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative, de grands placards, d'une cheminée à gaz, d'une télévision / du WiFi au premier et au deuxiÚme étage de la maison. Le sous-sol a une grande salle de jeux, Smart TV supplémentaire et deux chambres avec 4 lits superposés et une salle de bain complÚte, laveuse / sécheuse.

Toutes les suites sont luxueusement équipées de draps Frette de 800 fils au pouce, ainsi que de serviettes de bain Frette dans les salles de bains. Tous les oreillers et les couvertures, et une baignoire à jets afin que vous puissiez vous détendre aprÚs le ski.

La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers et de casseroles Viking, d'ustensiles de cuisson pour divertir jusqu'à 16 personnes avec style. Il y a aussi une cheminée à bois pour ajouter à l'ambiance. Il y a deux tables de pique-nique et un foyer sur la cour latérale. Et un bain à remous sur le pont arriÚre. Beaucoup de bois de chauffage fourni.

Idyllic Vermont setting

The house is great to host a group, we had a number of children and they enjoyed sleeping in the bunk rooms. The house is well appointed and the grounds are beautiful. I hope to stay here again someday!

Beautiful House & Location

This is our second time to stay at the Whitehouse. Great for family vacation! 4 adult children & their families! Plenty of room! We are already planning our trip to Vermont to the Whitehouse for next year! Would highly recommend!

Great Location for Multiple Families with Kids

4 Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a huge finished basement with bunk beds for kids. In the summer it's clearly not used that often and could benefit from a little TLC but overall an amazing space for large groups.

Lovely Stay

My friends and I booked this house for weekend getaway and we absolutely enjoyed it. The house has beautiful outdoor yard so serene which kids and dog thoroughly enjoyed. The house was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. Grocery store, restaurants and activities are in good proximity. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Lots of room

9 of us who have known each other between 60 and 30 years met up to talk and make sure our connection to each other stays solid. Every family had their own bedroom and bath and we spent hours at the dining room table talking. It was great.

Picture-perfect Thanksgiving

Three generations of our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this superlative property. Children loved the downstairs playroom and bunk rooms. Adults enjoyed luxurious en suite bedrooms. The cooks were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving Day featured a beautiful snowfall. Family Weekend

We enjoyed the Brook House very much. We loved having 4 master bedrooms & baths. The 2 bunk rooms were wonderful for the kids. The location and property were great. Our family of 8 adults & 2 kids had plenty of space. We enjoyed that the owner provided a nice bag of Breakfast Blend ground coffee for the coffee maker! Our family is talking about coming again next summer with one more family and 2 more grandkids! Thank you to Alex!

We had a wonderful multi-generational family weekend at this beautiful estate in West Dover, VT. The house is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for group meals and celebrations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated that every suite had its own bathroom, making it ideal for a large family group of adults and seniors.The grounds are stunning, with open fields, a lovely brook, picnic tables, and a front porch with plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed relaxing outside and soaking in the mountain views. There are some limited hiking trails right from the property, and the location was perfect for exploring local restaurants, fairs, hiking, and kayaking in the area.We were celebrating a milestone 80th birthday, and the home provided the perfect setting for our family to gather and make memories. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the owner was proactive and responsive, making sure everything was just right for our stay.We highly recommend this home to any large family group looking for comfort, beauty, and a truly special place to gather. We would happily stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

We were in Dover for a wedding at the nearby Hermitage Inn. The property was so convenient to all the activities, literally a 2 minute walk. My entire family was able to be together and not only enjoy a fun wedding but our downtime was so relaxed and enjoyable too! The house is stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear and toys and children plates! The yard was large enough for the kids to run around and have a great time. We each had our own mini suite with bathroom which was so convenient. With two living spaces we never felt like we were on top of each other, but large enough that we could gather for meals and just some down time after the kids went to bed. Close enough to stores and restaurants also! We had a great weekend without stress thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owners and their property! Highly recommend!!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The beds were very cozy, bedding and towels were great quality and soft. The kitchen, living room and den were wide open and great for our large family to prepare dinners and relax together. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses, silverware and sharp knives (something we all noticed! haha) for a big group. Loved the front porch to have coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The house has a lot of outdoor privacy along with offering a lot of activities nearby (listening and walking in the stream out back was a family favorite spot). The property manager Claudia was very attentive while at the same time giving us our privacy. She is awesome! We loved our time in Vermont and hope to return for a future vacation!

AMAZING Family Vacation

This property was PERFECT for our group of 8 adults and two little ones (1 and 3). The downstairs bunk rooms, playroom and bathroom worked perfectly for the kids and their parents. The 3 year old said several times "I love this house." The rest of us had very large and nicely appointed bedrooms with en suite baths. Plenty of paper products and bath products were provided. The kitchen was AMAZING and very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having coffee out on the covered porch in the morning. We used the fire pit one evening, which was really fun. The kids had lots of outdoor space to explore and really loved the swing in the back of the house. The entire house was very well appointed and VERY clean. We are looking forward to having the chance to come back here again in the future. Thank you to Alex for a beautiful property.

Amazing renal for 4 families!

We have been trying for years to find the perfect rental for our annual four family getaway. This year, we found it. The four master bedrooms meant no couple had to suffer the sub-par bedroom this year. That combined with an amazing finished basement that allowed the kids to play while the parents relaxed upstairs made for the perfect weekend. The basement also sleeps up to 8 kids across 4 bunk beds which provides room for us to grow. As for the location we couldn't be more pleased. The horses out the window were a lovely addition while the hiking trails and creak on the property gave us ample opportunity to wander and explore. We had so much fun hanging out around the campfire each night that we didn't even find time to enjoy the back deck hot tub. This rental has it all; highly recommended.

Beautiful spot/Some issues

Before arrival, we changed our minds and decided to bring our kids. At that point, 2 days before arrival, we were informed of an “extra guest fee” for any guests over 10 people. This was not explained in ANY of the paperwork I received. When I voiced my concerns, they are not dealt with kindly or appropriately. While that wasn’t the best way to start a trip, we arrived with an open mind. The house is in a beautiful location but there were some issues. It was not ready and cleaned when we arrived. It was ready 3 hours late. Garbage from the previous guests was left in bags on the floor of the garage rather than in bins. When I asked about the garbage, I was told pick up in Vermont is once a week. I’m not sure this is a reason to not have enough garbage bins. All in all, my group had a great time, but I would hope that future groups are made more aware of the costs and quirks of renting this property.

Perfect getaway with friends

We had a lovely time at the property. The house and yards were well maintained. Perfect New England location, covered bridge entrance to the community, hills and a nice house with ample yards to relax outside. The host and property manager were super responsive to questions and queries.

Summer Getaway

My family and I had a beautiful stay at this home for our summer getaway. Walking into the house we were in awe of how everything down to the furniture was incorporated into the nature surrounding the home. The pictures don’t do justice to how nice this home was kept up with. An amazing view of the mountains was just outside the window. There were plenty of bedrooms for couples as well as bunk beds for the kids. On one of the rainy days there the kids stayed occupied in the spacious playroom. The kids loved running around in the yard and walking down along the stream in the back. About 10 minutes away from the house was a beautiful lake to swim/jet ski. Not to mention stores & coffee shops all within a 10 minute drive as well. The host & house keeper were very attentive and had great communication. I absolutely recommend this home for any time of the year especially for a big family trip.
