This Fourth Floor Terrace Condo offers a Golf membership and has been Professionally designed and furnished. Guests love the location of this building, as it is just a short walk away from one of the 5 Community Pools. This Brand New Condo has been Professionally Designed & Furnished, is meticulously maintained and offers Two Comfortable Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms. There is room for an additional guest to get a good nights sleep on the Pull Out Sleeper Sofa in the living area. You'll fall in love with the extraordinary views from the Rear Screened Lanai, which includes views of Babcock National Golf Course and the Resort Style Amenities, which are just across the lake. The Babcock National Amenities includes a 18 Hole Golf Course Designed by Gordon Lewis, a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Multiple Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool and Hot Tub / Spa. There is also a Tiki Bar & Grill, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Outdoor Yoga Lawn, Steam Sauna and Day Spa, all for your use. The Babcock National Lifestyle Coordinator is on site daily and plans weekly Community Social Activities & Food Trucks for all of the residents to enjoy.(The Clubhouse & Dining Restaurant will be Opening in the future)Everyone loves convenient access to the Neighborhood Publix Grocery Store, Waterfront Restaurant Dining options, Retail Shopping Stores, and so much more. There's even a STARBUCKS, MARSHALLS, ACE HARDWARE, Medical Center, Pet Supermarket, and so many more Businesses Opening right in the Community!***********************************************************A minimum stay of 30 days or a full calendar month is required by the HOA. During high season months (Jan, Feb & March), rentals must begin on the 1st of the month.*Completion of the HOA Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $150 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 1621. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional.
