Welcome to Gretta's Getaway, a beautiful home where
every detail has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind! Located in the
popular and conveniently located section of the Villages in Eagles Nest, with convenient access
to both Sugar and Beech Mountain Resorts.

Enjoy mountain views from nearly every room in the house. The main level offers a family room
with floor to ceiling windows, leather seating, a gas fireplace, and Smart TV. The kitchen has
stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There's seating for up to 8 at the dining
table with room for 3 more at the snack bar. There's also a half bath conveniently located off
the family room.

With a King bedroom on each floor, wake up to beautiful views every day. The main level
master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double granite vanities.
In addition to the King bedroom, the second floor has a third bedroom offering built in twin
over Twin and Twin over Queen bunk beds. A loft with barn doors opens to the two-story living
room and offers a game table for foosball, ping pong and air hockey. This fully stocked game
room also has plenty of board games and card games. This loft includes a futon for hosting
additional guests. A full second bath is shared by all guests on this floor.

The outdoor living here is just as beautiful as the indoors—relax by the outdoor fireplace and
enjoy the views!

Gretta's Getaway is only a 3-minute drive to the Great Camp area in Eagle's Nest offering lots of
family activities, concerts and Dollar General store.

The Eagles Nest community offers a wonderful retreat with as much relaxation or adventure as
you desire. With the main gate only 5 minutes from downtown Banner Elk, you will have quick
access to loads of fun on both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. Each season presents its
own gift full of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, or just enjoy the comforts of your home

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- There is an amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- The home is monitored by security cameras outside on the corners of the house. No cameras monitor the interior.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
