The room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a recliner, a glider rocker, a TV, a ceiling fan, and beautiful wood flooring. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room combo with seating for four. On this level, you'll also find a spacious queen bedroom, complete with a TV and more charming wood flooring. Accessible from this bedroom is a comfortable queen bedroom with its TV, a chair, and a doorway leading to the deck/hot tub area. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is easily accessible from the hallway, and a laundry room closet is tucked away for your convenience, featuring a stacked washer/dryer.
