Sit by the fireside kick up your feet and relax either inside by the fireplace with your favorite person or outside by the fire pit and stargaze a while!We have music and family friendly activities such as hiking and biking to cross country skiing. Hunting and fishing something is always in season! There are festivals close by during the year! We are close by to Worlds End State Park and High Knob overlook! We will even fill you in on the local favorites and history. We have a kayak launch at the campground along with ping pong and pool table available to all! Baseball and volleyball all right on location! We have hills for sledding weather permitting! All of this within a setting where the kids can play without worry of traffic hustle a bustling around! Private parking by your cabin.Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Give our manager a call ahead of time if your stay is a special event we offer packages/options and can help make the event or occasion even better. Same day bookings, Drive in stays allowed if available -Management available 24/7. Call ahead with any questions. Plan your next event or get-together with us.

Pretty clean place with most of what you need. A little short on furniture; cabin could use a table and some bedroom furniture, but otherwise nice. Enjoyed the surrounding areas. Great place for families.

On of the best parts of our stay was how we were greeted upon arrival by one of the employees. He was extremely nice and also super helpful.

We took my father-in-law here for a weekend as my wife and sister-in-law grew up having a cabin in Hillsgrove. We hit some "old spots" that they grew up with and heard many old stories. The campground is awesome and in a beautiful setting, however the best part is Russ, the Manager. He is courteous, personable and an asset to anybody visiting the facility. Being dog friendly was definitely a plus in our book!! We will be back to visit your beautiful campground and we are planning on bringing many more family members!! (2 and 4 legged)

Space was great no place to put clothes away. Bedrooms were great size. Enjoyed the FANTASTIC VIEW was quite. Took all 4 dogs had a GREAT TIME. Can't wait to go back with friends next year. Found a little Mercantile called McCarty for dinner & some items we needed. GREAT FAMILY TIME LOVED IT.

Property was perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly and stopped by as we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin isn't huge, but everything was in good shape and clean. We used the two bedrooms and the sofa bed and everyone slept well.

Relaxing mountain retreat

Wonderful, comfortable and clean. Well thought-out basic cabin that is very comfortable. Nice little resort hidden away in the mountains. Host is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Our family of five had a fabulous weekend. The property is beautiful with cozy cabins stocked with all you need. The owners were quick to respond to all of our needs and gave us great recommendations for fishing, swimming holes and some local taverns

The cabin was clean and neat. Checking in and out was easy. The grounds were kept up. Only one or two other cabins were rented, so it was nice and quiet.

Awesome place had a great time.

Everything was great . Our only complaint is that we would have liked to known the pool was closed do to redoing it. But we stayed cool in local swimming holes

Quiet retreat

Connie was fantastic! Helped me plan our weekend getaway with quick responses and kindness. Ad had hottub but she clarified it was for a different unit but available in future stays. Cabin was perfect warm, inviting and clean. Local places to eat and get food to go for easy meals when you dont want to cook. Can't wait to come again!

Cozy Cabin

It was a blend of rustic and modern. From rough cut to modern faucets. Plenty of towels and pillows. Was clean and ready for us. We ended up coming in a few hours later than we expected and got up and left early for another day full of adventure. It would make a great base camp for some motorcycling adventures in the future. Only issues we had I would attribute to user error.

Very nice cabin, enjoyed our stay

Cabin G was very nice and clean when we arrived. Property is very nice too. Everybody that works here is very friendly. My only suggestions would be as follows, but none of these would stop us from staying again. Some picnic tables near the cabins would be nice since there is no table to sit and eat in the cabin, just a small counter/island with two stools. Also, we know the cabins were recently refurbished, but there is literally no hooks, closets, clothes rods, dressers, etc to hang or store clothes, hang your bath towel to dry, or even hang a sweatshirt/jacket. We were in the area for some adventure motorcycle riding in the nearby state forests, so it would have been nice to have some hooks to hang our riding gear.
