2 bedroom apartment in downtown Zumbrota. Sleeps 4-6.
Located above a destination shoe boutique in the downtown shopping district, this 2 bedroom VRBO is one of 4 apartments on the 2nd level of one of the oldest buildings in Zumbrota. Just a block or two from the Goodhue Pioneer Trail and the Covered Bridge Park, with the only covered bridge still remaining in Minnesota. It's a quick 3 block walk to the historic State Theatre. The grocery store and convenience store are right around the corner.
Everything was amazing, from Connieâs communication to cleanliness, cozy & comfortable! It was stocked with great extrasâŠtreats & bottled water, etc. Climbing all the stairs was a bit challenging with luggage, but once we got to the top it was âWell Worth Itâ!!
Connie was a wonderful hostess, and the property is lovely. The beds are comfy, it's within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and she had snacks and water in the unit. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!
In the area for a wedding. Wonderful location in quaint downtown, many wonderful shops and boutiques. Perfect for 3 of us. Comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Connie was so responsive to all of our questions and so accommodating.
We had such a great stay here. The place was super cute, really clean, and felt cozy right away. It was stocked with snacks and water which was a nice touch. The furniture and beds were really comfy, and the little balcony was perfect for hanging out. The location made everything easy and it was worth every penny. A big plus is that itâs right across the street from The Guilty Goose which was a lot of fun on Friday night. Iâd definitely stay here again.
We stayed overnight after a concert nearby and the space was easy to find, clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!
We live in Zumbrota, and we own Luya Shoes and Other Fine Things, which is on Main St directly below the VRBO. Connie operates the shop while Bob enjoys his days as the Executive Director of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
We purchased the building in 2022 (Connie had been renting the Luya space for 8 years), and have been remodeling apartments as they become available. We learned that a VRBO would be a welcome addition to the community, so we decided to make one of the 4 apartments available as a VRBO.
