This Condo is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores two blocks away from the Gulf State Park Bike and walking trail. The resort style pool is the perfect way to spend your days in between all of the fun activities Gulf Shores offers. We have a small shopping center within the same block as the complex where you will find, The Ugly diner, Surfside Pizza, Foam Coffee and Cowbell Rolled Ice Cream. Meyer park, across the street and has a playground and horse shoe area.

About this space:
This newly remodeled Cozy Condo is centrally located just off Gulf Shores Parkway on the island. It is around a mile north of the public beaches in a very quiet neighborhood. You will love that you are only a short drive or walk away from everything (shopping, restaurants, Gulf State Park, Golf, Amusement parks, Fishing, and water sports). The spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed with a 45" Smart TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 65" smart TV that also has basic cable.

The Space:
This cute and cozy Condo has a ground level entrance. It is an end unit and there is a beautifully well-manicured lawn and newly remodeled resort style pool as you enter. The dining and living area are open making the space feel large and comfortable. The kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker, and a microwave oven. The sleeper sofa has plenty of space to be converted into a bed. The spacious bedroom has a King bed and 45” TV. There is a large closet with ample space for storage in the bedroom. There is a cute little private patio area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee from Foam coffee that is a few short steps from the condo entrance.
A locals-favorite-diner and an ice cream shop are also adjacent to the property making lunch and dessert only steps away.
If you want to burn some calories after indulging in ice cream, you can carry your crew across the road to Meyer’s park where there is a walking track and playground.
The location is only two blocks from the Gulf State Park trail where you can find miles of hiking and biking adventure.
After all that adventure you are going to need to replenish. Big Beach brewing, tacky Jacks, and Acme Oysters are only blocks away, so you can walk if you prefer.
Just about everything you can think of is within a 3 mile radius of the condo (The Track, Waterville, The Hangout, Public beaches, the most popular tourist restaurants, local's favorites locations and water sports).

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo and Condo shared amenities.

Other details to note
There is a shared paid laundry as part of the condo complex.
This is a self-catering property, but we do provide the basics to get you started - coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and basic cleaning supplies. If you require additional items or quantities of those provided you will need to provide those. There is a Walmart and grocery store less than 2 miles away.

There is a shared pool area. Please follow all Pool rules including hours of operation.
