The space
The studio has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, ensuite and bunk room with triple bunk (single beds). The space has been beautifully finished with amazing local adornments and feels very luxurious.

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay including mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee (Nespresso), microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery, cards, boardgames - you should find everything you need.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great little place located within 5 minutes of town, and so many other great places and things to do. Apartment has everything you need, including bbq and wonderful landscaped grounds.

Weekday getaway

Great place to base ourselves in Matakana. We loved the tennis court and the little playground. Convenient location. The kids loved the bunk beds. Very tidy and warm. We’ll definitely be keen to stay there again.

Natures Retreat

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Natures Retreat. The place was modern and tidy and the suroundings were beautiful with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend stay. We also enjoyed the visits from your very friendly cat. Thank you so much for having us.

Most pleasant and relaxing

This is a lovely property with extensive grounds well kept and peaceful. Very easy to access Matakana and surrounding areas. The second bedroom is very small and has bunk beds, however it is very comfortable...spacious bathroom and the kitchen facilities are more than adequate. A high standard interior, very comfy king size bed. Would happily visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. The photos were accurate. It had everything we needed for a long weekend away with 2 kids - they enjoyed having the outdoor area to explore and the bunk beds were a highlight.
