The condo is huge ! There is so much space, the view is amazing, and its tight beside the elevator! The amenities included are great. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family!

Was nothing crazy but upon arrival the floors were noticeably dirty, paint peeling of the wall and had nothing to clean the floors with, lamp shades were broken, had to buy just about anything you could think like trash bags a mop and cleaner, silverware (for a family of 10 and they only had a set of 4). The view was amazing and was close to everything even when having to drive it wasn’t more than 10 minutes

Had an enjoyable stay

Quick responses from the property manager . Checkin process was smooth. The condo was clean and spacious. Rooms were well lit. Loved the view from the porch and cool breeze. I could watch my kids playing in the beach from the porch. Overall had a wonderful vacation.

Condition of the furniture etc

Thought there was too many rules. Said not to take carts in but obviously someone else had they were damaged. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom was not working. The turq .chairs in the living room was filthy. chairs in the living room

We love Myrtle beach. The beach was great! There are a lot of restaurants close by along with shopping. Things for kids to do. That was the best part of the trip. As far as the property itself. The condo was ok. The parking was terrible trying to find a spot. Half of the elevators did not work. We got stuck on one of them. When it was time to check in, we had an early check in we paid an additional 100 for noon check-in versus the 4pm check in. Our host and rental company suddenly weren’t responding after texting, emailing, and calling both of them several times. Finally I called customer care who helped us tremendously and got them to send the code. By then it was 1:30pm. I was not happy and very frustrated at this point. Then when we finally got a parking spot there were no carts available so we had to hand carry all of our belongings to the elevator. And of course the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry everything to other elevators. Very aggravating. We were told we needed to supply our own toilet paper, etc. but when we got there the supplies were there so we packed unnecessary items along with a keurig that I was told by the host there was not one. So we brought our own and low and behold there was one there. Another item we hauled down for no good reason. Because of all these things l will never rent a condo and stay there again.
