Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great home in beautiful Miramar, Florida

Wonderful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house with private pool, and pet friendly. Great location and amenities. Our only complaints were roaches in the bedroom above the garage, and the dvd player in the den area was broken with no way to load discs. Loved having 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Nice with a few issues.

Inside was pretty good except dryer would not dry clothes. We figured out it was vent behind it and it was smashed. We pulled the dryer out opened the vent up and then it worked. This needs fixed as it can be a fire hazard. Also the pool was not clean. We were told it is cleaned twice a week but had to clean the filter by taking the pump apart and clean it out. Also said low salt so I really don’t think it had any in it. My husband went underwater with googles and it was dirty with hair and debris. This was supposed to be a pet friendly property but had no grass on the exterior of the home whatsoever. The shower on the exterior of the house was nonfunctional which made washing off sand difficult. The kiddie chairs by the pool need put in the trash. I would not let my child sit in those if I had little ones. You can get new ones for hardly nothing and that would make a difference in my opinion. The place is not maintained outside either. The bushes need trimmed or are dead and there are weeds growing up everywhere. First appearances make a difference. Just wanted to give some feedback to the owners. Overall the inside was very nice. Loved the rooms and set up nicely. Without a pet I would give it a 4 out of 5 but since we had a pet I will have to give it a 3 out of 5.

Best beach house

Everything is great except we having a problem getting in the beach our beach access code don't work. Beach house short distant Super clean house Love the pool. Quite area Would definitely go again in the future

Flamingo Cove beach house

Cozy house to stay in. Walk to beach was quick and easy. Only complaint was the distance to the bigger community pool. Had to walk since there was no where to park next to it. Other than that the stay was comfortable and fun. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had great weather and beautiful beach. Will stay again in the future.

Perfect Location needs some TLC

The property was fabulous, adorable home and well decorated! Our only issues dealt with cleanliness of property. The housekeeping service might need to be monitored a bit closer. The floors were dirty enough that we could not go barefoot. The pool was dirty, understandable with the weather, however when the pool service came to clean, he threw the garbage from the drain onto the deck and left it there. The outdoor furniture was filthy and we had to clean before using. There was also trash left on the chairs.
