Brand new, Bright, & fully furnished seasonal condo rental in Ft. Myers, Florida.

It is time for your extended vacation. This condo is located just 9 minutes from Ft. Myers Beach and the beaches of Sanibel & Captiva Islands.

This condo is designed for monthly, longer term seasonal guests and are also available for year or long term leases. The condo is large in size, offers additional windows for light, nice size bedrooms for visiting guests and is fully furnished. Decorations, Appliances, furniture for maximum comfort and ease while you enjoy your stay with us.

This condos offers 2 bedrooms ( 1 King & 1 Queen). Two Full Baths (master bedroom has en suite and walk in closet). Screened Lanai. In unit washer & dryer. Condos have assigned, covered parking, kitchens are fully stocked for all that is needed for extended stay (which include full compliment of stainless appliances and white quartz countertops).

All bookings are for a minimum of 1 month and located in the newly finished building in Majestic Palms (A gated, private community with a heated community pool and jacuzzi tub). Also, a storage unit! The grounds of Majestic Palms are beautifully maintained with mature Palm Trees & flush vegetation to enjoy. Move in is the first of each month with departure being the last day of each month.

Convenient

The unit was clean, comfortable and everything was in good repair. The host contacted us a few times to confirm that everything was good during our stay. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen was convenient to use although our daughter, a restaurant owner, had to improvise some pans and utensils. Since we stayed two months we cooked a lot at home. We did use the exercise room quite often and it was small but had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are right across the street and are well maintained. The people are friendly and welcoming.

Simply wonderful!

The property is exceptionally clean, very well-decorated and well-appointed with some luxury touches, yet it felt comfortable from the start. It was perfect for us and our pet dog and our daughter who joined us for a few days during the month we were here. The furnishings are beautiful and the host/owner ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool in the community is perfect. The neighborhood is very convenient for shopping and for visiting Fort Myers. It is close to the beaches and to other family entertainment, restaurants and the airport. The owner went out of his way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment of the property/community. To our shame we did not make use of the gym, but that is just down the corridor and very convenient for those staying here. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and would love to return one day!

Fantastic trip

We just returned from our month long stay and are wishing it never ended. Our host was by for the most attentive host we’ve had in all our years coming to Fort Myers. He met us as we arrived and walked us thru the whole place and we felt at home the moment we arrived. The location is perfect as we rode our bikes each day to the beach and enjoyed great dinners at the many restaurants nearby. We are trying to figure out our schedules for next year as we want to book again asap. The condo is brand new and was extremely clean with all the amenities. Beds are great and the gym is literally down the hall. The pool is great as well and only a few steps from the condo. Highly recommend this condo for anyone who is considering a stay. Wonderful location

This property is new and very well appointed. The pool is very close and heated. We enjoyed the gym too! Very highly recommended. Owner/manager very responsive even thought we needed very little since no real issues. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
