We had a great stay at this location! Great location, nice big back patio and balcony, parking right at the property. Easy to get to OB and the beach. Overall it was wonderful. Thanks Hunter!

Our group had a great time celebrating our Granddaughter birthday. House was very clean and great outdoors space to gather. Beds were very comfortable. It had enough park spaces for our 4 cars. Location was awesome close to mostly everything. Bedroom can get a little warm, ac only in the living room and master bedroom. The fans helped. Host Hunter was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend it

Villa was very clean. Kitchen well-stocked. "Ocean Views" is a bit of a misstatement -- it's not located very close to the ocean. "Dog-park view" would be a better description. Excellent parking. The two-level unit worked very well for our group of 10 people. Could use more towels.

40th birthday bash

We celebrated my husband and his friends’ 40th birthday here. The house was clean and centrally located to a lot of attractions, a great place to spend with friends and family. Hunter was accommodating and great at communicating.

A Great Vacation Rental

This was the ideal place for our group of 10 to stay while participating in the pickleball tournament at Barnes Tennis Center, which is less than .5 miles away. There was plenty of room for us to gather to celebrate a milestone birthday. Excellent location, excellent host. The only complaint is that despite being right next to a beautiful park, it does get noisy with traffic, but that likely is unavoidable because of the location.

A very unique property, with plenty of sleep space and bathrooms. Decorated nicely throughout. Loved the old charm throughout the property, but was very disappointed when we found out that there was not AC in every room or space. There was a locked box around the thermostat, which we thought was odd. The listing said AC, but only had AC from a small window Air conditioner in the living room and the master bedroom. Which left everyone else trying to stay cool with box fans in the windows with blinds up leaving very little privacy in bedrooms. Being in a flight path also made sleeping with windows open very interesting. When we entered the property it was 81 degrees at 6:00 pm…so trying to cool it off was a chore. I think this property needs to be listed as one that does not have AC. Not worth the price with no AC unless you come in the winter!

San Diego Family Getaway

We had the most amazing time at this home. Our family does get togethers once a year and this was the perfect location for this year's get together. The home was very clean and organized. All the kids had a Blast in the big backyard with a view to a dog park :)Hunter was VERY accommodating even after we arrived early and left later due to our flights changing schedule. Will be coming back the next time we decide to stay in San Diego as we felt at home away from our home.

Relaxing Stay in a Great Location

We had a fantastic stay at this Ocean Beach rental! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was about a mile walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sand without dealing with parking. Sunset Cliffs was just minutes away and a favorite spot to catch the most stunning sunsets.One standout feature was the digital display inside the home—it had everything we needed at a glance, from the WiFi info to the host’s text number. Super convenient and thoughtful!The location was peaceful but close to everything, and the host was easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Ocean Beach and San Diego.

This property is perfect for families, friends, and large groups with 4 bdrm 3 bath in main house and 2 bdrm 1 bath in lower back house. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked with dishes. Family games provided that we used connect 4 and tic tac toe. We brought out Monopoly, but didnt get time to play. Few minutes drive to the beach and SeaWorld. 20 min to San Diego Zoo, 40min to Legoland. Unobstructed view of SeaWorld fireworks at night. If airplane noise bother you, it could be a problem as the airport is near and planes fly over all day and into the night. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

This property was amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, being incredibly close to both the beach and SeaWorld. A major highlight for us was the balcony; the kids absolutely loved watching the nightly SeaWorld laser show from it every evening. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
