What a great location close to beautiful landmarks, the apartment has everything you need and the host are wonderful people! The apartment was clean and very nice size for 1 person.

We had a wonderful experience hosting Levi. Communication was smooth and friendly from the start, and he was very respectful of the house rules. The apartment was left in excellent condition—tidy and well cared for. It was a real pleasure to host him, and we would gladly welcome him back anytime. Highly recommended to other hosts!

Great location and easy access to the metro, stores like laundromat, pharmacy, and many restaurants! Very cute one-bedroom loft and a private balcony. Very good price including utilities, wifi and 2 televisions one in the bedroom and one in living room. Host is very polite and they answer when you have questions.

Overall, the accommodation was good. Where the owner could improve, provide a useable frying pan, the stove needs upgrading and the bed mattress could be a little more softer. Owner also should ensure that all light fixtures contain working light bulbs. Other than that, its a cute place, great central location

When we contacted the guest to coordinate check-out, he informed us that he had already departed and had not notified us in advance. The apartment was left unlocked, with the keys inside. Upon arrival, we found the unit in significant disarray. The bedroom walls were marked with shoe scuffs, suggesting that the guest lay on the bed with shoes on and placed his feet against the walls. The coffee maker was left unusable, as instant coffee had been poured into it and allowed to sit without being cleaned. Additionally, the bathroom outlet was damaged, apparently from an appliance being unplugged by pulling on the cord rather than the plug. In our many years of hosting, this ranks as one of our worst experiences.

Great spot in a great spot in a great spot

This was a very nice apartment (great spot) in a convenient location (great spot) to see the wonderful city of Buenos Aires (great spot). If you are travelling on your own or with your spouse, you should consider this rental. It is somewhat small, but has everything you need for one or two people. And the price is right! The owners were very helpful, friendly, and responsive and picked us up/dropped us off at the airport. While not a luxury accommodation, everything was clean and well maintained and had a certain charm to it.

very well situated for downtown

Small comfortable apartment, well situated, for wallking the micro centro, palace de congresso(parliement), Casa Rosada, cabildo, and Historic museum of BA; very safe parking lot few feet of the door for 12 cnds per days. for those who want to smell the centro.

A great location. Every thing I wanted to see was less then 1h15 away, walking distance, but most thing were under 30 min walk. Great little cafes, restorants and bars close by. People are very friendly.
