This was a fabulous apartment. Our host, Moune was wonderful to work with. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated! The kitchen was well equipped for a one week stay. I would warn anyone that there are lots of stairs.

Relaxing vacation

The duplex is very pretty, clean, and nicely furnished. Walking distance to everything you need, groceries and restaurants. Beautiful views with a short walk to the beach.Would definitely go here again!

Paradise Vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed for our delightful stay. The property manager couple....Moune and her husband were welcoming, informative, thoughtful and so helpful. Our vacation in St. Martin was everything we dreamed it would be.

My wife and I stayed here in June, and the place was very clean and just as presented in the ad. Moune went out of her way to make us comfortable and help whenever we had questions. She was so kind to even pick us up at the airport! Thank you moune for a wonderful vacation! We surely will stay here again when we visit the island again.

This was a lovely place on Orient Bay that was just a minute walk from the Village restaurants.

First off Moune was great to work with. Very responsive to any questions we had and quick to come over if I needed anything. The condo was perfect and our view of the ocean was beautiful. We will be going back.

Great view & location

Everything was as described . Host where available anytime . Everything was thought of beach chairs,towels, snorkeling equipment and more . Lots of restaurants in walking distance . Washing machine for towels very handy and all instructions are in the booklet Would return again. my only wish list would be more fluffy pillows and a thicker pillow top . But that’s a personal preference .

Great place!

It has everything you need. Spots for breakfast, lunch, drinks, dinner, markets, all a very short walk. Washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, cooler bag, ice packs...there are beach chairs, umbrella, floats, even some snorkel gear and flippers available to use. There's more but I'll leave some surprises. We rented a car and drove around one day, but realized this was the best place to be! Orient bay is beautiful and so relaxing We'd definitely come back! Thank you Moune and Dom for a great week

Heaven on Earth

We stayed for three weeks over the Christmas holidays. The property was well-maintained and had good WIFI Internet access for streaming. There was a niceTV in the bedroom upstairs and larger TV in the living room. We had beautiful views toward the ocean from the living room deck and from the upstairs bedroom window. We often dined on the deck at the small built-in railing table. Everything worked well in the kitchen. The food store with the basics needs was just a five minute walk from the property as were about 10 restaurants with great dining opportunities. The seldom used clean freshwater pool on the property was a nice change from the saltwater and was a comfortable temperature. It could have used some shade umbrellas to give a bit of protection from the hot midday sun. Our hosts were very accommodating and were easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions and gave us some delicious chocolates, 3 decanters of fruited rum and a bottle of Champagne for a Christmas present during our stay, It was a wonderful vacation.

Comfortable, chic and perfect location

The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with lots of extras. It matched the photos on line perfectly. Mourne, our host, was a delight and very helpful, with advice on the area, things to do and lived very locally for any assistance needed. Dominique, her husband, arranged a good value car rental for us which was delivered to the apartment. The car fitted our needs and was in very good condition. He was a pleasure to deal with . The apartment is fully equipped with loads of extras, extremely comfortable and stylish. The bed and lounge were both very comfortable and the patio is spacious with loads of furniture. The kitchen has everything you need including all modern conveniences. The stunning Orient Bay beach is less than a 2 minute walk. The Village restaurants are a 3 minutes walk, giving you a good variety of quality food. Mourne can arrange a deal for the beach chairs and lunch. One word of warning is there are no ATMs in Orient Bay. We would highly recommend this apartment for anybody except those with a mobility problem as it is on two levels.

Much needed vacation

Our stay in December was exactly what we needed before the Holidays. Everything with this rental was beyond perfect: the location is right off the beach, and we spent every evening relaxing listening to the waves nearby. Very clean, all the amenities were there. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with, connecting with me on Whatsapp months prior to our stay to keep us up to date on current COVID travel protocols, etc. They helped us locate our rental car company, and made great recommendations for our stay. ALl the little touches were just perfect. I cannot praise this property high enough. And of course, St Martin was absolutely beautiful for our first stay. We will be coming back!

Cote Reve was awesome and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The view from the large balcony was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony just reading or eating. The main living area is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. The bedroom and bath upstairs is just so charming. Just can’t say enough about Moune and Dominique and how responsive they were to questions and requests. You can walk to the village in just minutes for several restaurants and grocery too. My husband and I love LePiment at night. During the day the beach offers several places with chairs and to eat. We loved Kontike for lunch. We have been coming to St Martin for 15 years and this was our best trip ever. Bee will be back next year

CĂŽte Reve was a wonderful place to spend our Christmas holiday! The condo was perfect and we especially enjoyed the location as it was close to beach, shops and restaurants. Excellent property at great location

We spent two weeks in July and were very happy with the property. The two bathrooms are a plus and the air conditioning really cooled the apartment. The owners live directly across the street and were very helpful if any problems arose. Excellent location with view of Orient Beach and a five minute walk to the restaurants in Orient Bay. We would highly recommend.

Damage from Hurricane Irma or not we Absolutely loved our get away! Villa was exactly as the pictures shown here! We were there 10 years ago so we know what the island is like (Gorgeous) and the people are still the friendliest people ever. Looking forward to coming back soon and seeing the progress made in rebuilding the island and especially the area there at the Villa. Will definitely stay there again. Perfect location

This property was even better than we expected. The place was so clean. Everything you could ever need. We stayed for 2 weeks....it was perfect. Moune & Dominique were so very helpful. They picked us up at the airport. After our 1st week we decided to rent a car. They arranged for our car rental & delivered right to our door. The location was steps to the beach...as stated. Orient Village is within walking distance....has everything! Best restaurants, beach bars, bakeries and a very affordable market. You really do not need a rental car....but is nice to see all that St. Martin has to offer.....beautiful beaches not to miss. We made so many friends with the locals....can't wait to return.

First Class Experience - I Highly Recommend!

We stayed at Cote Reve for 7 nights. The owner's provide a first class experience from arrival to departure! The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and stylishly decorated. The location is in a gated community which is very safe and has numerous restaurants, beach bars, bakeries, etc... all within walking distance. Moune and Dominique are also very knowledgeable about the island and will share their tips on local restaurants, beaches and activities. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property! Book it!
