Moins de 2 minutes à pied de la plus belle plage de St. Martin, les célèbres restaurants de plage et le vaste choix de restaurants, bars et sports nautiques, cette villa très calme avec piscine privée et jardin privé, dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses et d’un salon tous AC et avec ventilateur. salle à manger. L'épicerie et boulangeries françaises sont à seulement 5 min à pied.

We had a wonderful stay in Orient Bay! Anna was the perfect host! She was very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable and the back yard was an oasis. It was also nice and quiet. We booked the property last minute because our flights were canceled and felt very lucky to get this place to stay.

Anna, our host, was very helpful and thoughtful. She went out of her way to help us in any way she could. When we booked the house I asked about screens on the doors because my wife gets eaten alive by the mosquitos. She installed sliding screen doors. She also bought a new gas grill.The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. Fans and a/c worked great.Unfortunately, since there were no guard rails to get in and out of the pool so my wife was unable to use the pool.The location was perfect, close to beaches and “The Village “

Close to everything we wanted We went to beaches or used the pool and plenty of restaurants nearby. Anna was in constant communication with us and took real good care of us.

Awesome Orient Bay villa

First time in St. Martin and we were beyond impressed with this rental unit. The location was walking distance to everything we needed…beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store and bakery. Anna was the perfect host and was very helpful with information about the island and things to do and see there. We will definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location

We stayed at Anna's place for nine days in November 2021 and found it to be a very nice property with all the amenities needed. The pool area is very nice and well maintained and served as a great place to relax. The bathrooms are nice and modern. Best of all is the location. Easy walking distance to the beach, groceries, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Anna!

Orient Bay Gem

Wonderful location short walk to beach and restaurants at Orient Bay. Anna was a very attentive host, always available for questions and local advice. Home is very well equipped, and appreciated the cistern that more than covered us during a short public water outage that affected all of the French side during our stay. We never had any issues. If you're looking for a convenient and well equipped place in the heart of Orient Bay with an accessible host who goes the extra mile - don't hesitate!

Christmas Vacation

Very nice home in a great location. We are long time visitors of the island and typically travel during our stay all over the island, however this time we were so content with the home and it's location our car almost never moved all week.

Excellent host and villa

If you are looking for a great place to stay and a super host this is the place. The location is fantastic with lot's of great restaurants and a quick walk to the most beautiful beaches on the island. Anna was fantastic! She was able to answer all our questions and made great suggestions. We brought our older children with us and they loved the place as well. Private pool was so convenient after a long day on the beach. I give it a five star!

Everything you could want

The location of this beautiful villa is perfect. Close to the beach and the restaurants in the village. All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. Her warm welcome was much appreciated. We would stay here again without hesitation. Orient Bay is awesome! And the food is out of this world!

Wonderful host, great place!

We loved the villa! It is spacious, well kept. Kitchen well equipped with appliances, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, spices. Honestly we did not cook, you have plenty great restaurants bistros and deli in walking distance. Walk to the beach will take you 2 minutes. Beautiful beaches with white sand.Superb place! We enjoyed European, French vibe.Our favorite in Caribbean.Anna our host was wonderful and helpful!

Over all we had a great time at Anna"s place. 4 minutes to beach 4 minutes to bars and lots of restaurants. Weather was hot every day so we did lots of beach days. There actually is lots to do in St Martin .island hoping zip lining hiking lots of great beaches and more. One thing to look out for depending where you are there can be lots of mosquitoes. Great place to go for a winter holiday.

We stayed at this property for a family vacation with our adult kids. The property was located in Orient Bay. It was a short walk to an area where there were multiple restaurants allowing for a different restaurant every night. All of them were very good. We enjoyed the pool almost every night after days in the sun. Orient bay has a bit of an issue with red seaweed. Some of the bars/restaurants do try to clear away. We did opt to try some other beaches (Philipsburg, Anse Marcel, Friers Bay and Grand Case). Anse Marcel was our favorite - but chair rentals were higher than other locations. There is a washer at the property but no dryer. This worked ok for us - the owner provides a clothes rack out back which we kept under the patio roof - we had some rain over night. Overall - great stay, lots of room and close to the Orient Bay businesses. Saint Martin is very beautiful with very friendly people! Anna was very responsive in advance and during our stay.

Perfect location, fantastic & responsive host

Anna's villa was perfect for our family's stay - parents, grandparents, and two grandkids. So spacious, clean, really nice pool and garden outdoor area, walled in from neighbors. And the location couldn't have been better: literally 4 min. walk to beautiful white sandy beach, and 4 min in the other direction to the village with shops, restaurants etc. Anna was one of the kindest and MOST responsive hosts we have ever had on VRBO; I feel like i had to chat her every day for one thing or another and she responded patiently and immediately. When we had finally arrived after a LONG day of travel, she was there to greet us, show us around, explain how things worked, then ran out herself to get us big jugs of bottled water (shortage of water on SXM so must buy bottled). She provided a lovely array of snacks - cookies, crackers, and banana rum, which was so thoughtful, especially with two hungry kids! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Overall, our stay at this villa was okay, but several aspects fell short of expectations set by the listing. The villa was clean upon arrival, but it feels dated and would benefit from some much-needed TLC. The private, secluded garden is not maintained. There were dead plants and tree debris everywhere, and the advertised bird feeder was missing. The outdoor shower was unusable due to having no water supply. The BBQ grill is old, heavily rusted, and looks like it hasn’t been used in a long time. Falling asleep to the sound of waves isn’t really possible unless you’re okay with mosquito bites, as none of the patio doors have screens. The listing advertises a hot tub, but there is NO hot tub on this property. The walk to the village takes about 20–25 minutes unless there’s an unshared shortcut. Unless you’re only going to Coco or KKO Beach, you’ll need a vehicle to stay here comfortably. One evening the entire French side of the island lost power for 2–3 hours. The villa does have a new generator, but it does not turn on automatically. We found it, but there were no instructions on how to start it or connect it to the system, resulting in no lights or water for several hours. In summary, the villa has potential, but several misrepresentations in the listing, along with maintenance and comfort issues, made the experience less enjoyable than expected. With attention to detail and some updates, this property could provide a much better stay.

Dear Connie. For general remarks about location, state of villa,garden, etc i d refer to former guests opinions. They speak for themself.The villa hasn t been moved so it s still within a few minutes walk at anybody s pace. Yes the BBQ is rusted and after hurricane sseaon hasn t been used in 3 months. But cleaned yes.It s up for a change but works fineThe garden was maintained the day before your arrival, not dayly. The bird feeder and hot tub are not listed since 2017 since hurricane Irma took them. You did not mention the brand new pool with easier steps to get in and out. And yes after heavy rainfall there are mosquitos and leaves fall on the ground. I Maybe a self catered villa in the Caribean was a shock for you.I dIsinfected the full villa after you saw 1 cockroach and ants after leaving food out overnight in the kitchen. I do try to keep my guests happy but I can only react if you inform me, which you did not. I replied to each request within a very short time.And I regret the big bottle of rum we offered for your anniversary was not appreciated. I wish you all the best anyway

Nice property, but was misrepresented in listing. Listing stated 3 full baths when it was 1 full bath on second floor, 1 bath with sink and shower, and a downstairs toilet and sink. Having two couples in two bedrooms and 1 toilet was not exceptable, every bedroom should have a full bath. Could be ok if a family with children didn't mind sharing a toilet . The location is perfect however, walking distance to great restaurants and some shopping

Was ready to be upset at the misreprenting comment but then of course checked the website and guess what, it was amended WITHOUT my knowledge and without warning , why else were there no complaints before....and they have changed the whole set up , so I have just corrected is to what it was before. They have put more options now so it will clarify things . Also have found a way to add 1 extra toilet on the 2nd floor so that will certainly be a good addition. This will be done before May and then I will adapt the website again.as I am VERY committed to showing the reality, anything else is just asking for trouble and that no one needs...

Well kept vacation house

Great place to stay in orient beach. Beds were comfortable. No problems with a/c. 5 minutes or so walk to bars and restaurants by bikini beach and literally 100 yards from kko restaurant/beach bar. We will be back. And having your own pool was nice. After two full days at the beach. It was nice to relax and get less sun. Coming from the u.s. my phone was spotty on some parts of the island. Samsung note(verizon) Recommend you down load whatsapp to communicate with Anna. Trust the process. Street signs are minimal to non-existant on Entire island. Anna, Thank you for letting us stay at your place. Till next visit.

Great location and lovely space

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's villa last week. Anna greeted us when we got there and was very available to us, including suggesting outings and helping arrange a rental car before we arrived. There are three nice-sized bedrooms and each had it's own A/C unit. You didn't need to use them until nighttime and then they cooled the room very quickly. The villa is located in Orient Bay. A short walk in one direction leads you to the beach and a short walk in the other direction leads you to the village, where there's a French bakery that's perfect for breakfast and several restaurants in an adorable courtyard setting. All of our meals were delicious, including going to Grand Case twice--a short 10 minute drive away. We highly recommend Quads and Furious ATV tours, my son and I jet skied from the beach and my son even sky dived from the Grand Case airport--and landed right on our beach. The water seemed to be cutting in and out on the island, but Anna has a very large cistern, so it was never a worry for us. It was great having a pool and private backyard to retreat to, for early morning coffee and for late afternoons when we were done with the beach. Anna really thinks of everything, from sunscreen and bug spray to coffee filters to the soaps in the bathrooms. We highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful Place, Amazing location!

I recently visited St. Martin and stayed at this wonderful property. First and foremost, the owner - Anna - was absolutely amazing the entire time. She met us at the front gate after giving us great directions on finding the place. Once there, she showed us around the property and even walked us around the local area so we could get our bearings in this new location. The unit itself is awesome - 3 bedrooms including 2 king sized beds and several bathrooms (1 ensuite shower and sink setup, 1 full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink, and one separate powder room on the first floor). This setup perfectly suited the needs of our family (3 adults, 1 five year old). The first floor is covered with bright white tile and when you walk in the front door you are immediately hit with an awesome view of the back yard pool and lounge area (big enough to host a decent sized gathering!). We used the kitchen a bit to make some meals and snacks and there are plenty of accessories for normal cooking requirements. The backyard lounge area is very private and perfect for those days where you may be feeling too lazy to head to the beach - which is unlikely given the location. The most attractive part of this place by far is the location. The time that elapses between when you lock the front door until your feet are in the sand is about 100 seconds. Within 10 more seconds you have an amazing view of the ocean right next to the newly rebuilt Kakao restaurant. You really can't go wrong! Other times, when we were interested in going to the village for quick shopping or dinner we took a slightly different route and arrived in less than 5 minutes. We always rent a car when in St. Martin so we can visit other places if the mood strikes us but this is definitely a rental unit that does not require a car. Everything you could want (groceries, morning snacks/coffee, restaurants, beach locations, etc...) is so close by. When it was time to leave, Anna came and met us at the unit and wished us well on our way. Overall we were very happy with the location, the unit, and the management of our stay. There were a couple of times where Anna wanted to have some things taken care of and she always gave us advanced notice and asked permission to enter the premises. We had a very enjoyable experience and look forward to renting this same place next year.

Très beau séjour à Oriental Bay

Nous sommes partis entre amis à Saint Martin (coté français). La maison est très agréable. Bien située. La plage est top ! Pleins des restaurants. Anna est très sympathique, elle parle très bien français et elle est à l’écoute des besoins des ses résidents. Séjour au top !!

Wonderful location, beautiful villa

The villa is beautiful and in a great location. Plenty of space, great kitchen, and the backyard / pool area is gorgeous. It was an easy walk or drive to the beach and all of the restaurants in the village. Anna was easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions. I’d definitely return and highly recommend!

Definitely more space in the living area and larger garden than any other property in this price range in Orient Bay. Large water tank for occasional water cuts in Orient Bay Unfortunately not suited for children under 12.
