• We kindly request that there be no smoking in the unit, including the balcony. In the event of a violation of this policy, a fee of $200.00 will be incurred, covering both the fine and cleaning costs required to eliminate any lingering smoke odors from the unit, house, and/or linens.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment. Please refrain from hosting parties or events within the premises. Violators will be subject to a fine of $200.
• For your safety and well-being, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss or damage of personal belongings that may occur while on the premises, including its facilities and parking lots.
• Regrettably, pets are not permitted on the premises. We appreciate your adherence to this policy.
• In the event that you need additional time beyond the check-out period, a late check-out penalty will apply, starting from $500. We appreciate your understanding and prompt departure to facilitate the smooth transition for our next guests.
