Situé au 17Úme étage de la prestigieuse Maisons Sur Mer face à l'océan de grande hauteur sur Shore Drive à Myrtle Beach. Notre condo dort 4. 5 avec l'approbation des propriétaires. Il y a 2 chambres (une suite parentale et une suite d'invité). Notre unité avait un professionnel make-over complet - il est trÚs bien conçu, clair, riche à la recherche et tout neuf. Planchers de bois franc dans l'unité. Salles de bains carrelées. Grands balcons carrelés.

Chambre Ă  coucher principale: lit king size avec tĂȘte de lit rembourrĂ©e et personnalisĂ©e correspondant jupe de lit. Il est la piĂšce «vert et blanc»! Great Ocean et Beach View!

Chambre d'hÎtes: 2 extra longs lits jumeaux. Ceci est la piÚce «corail et blanc». Super vue sur l'océan!

2 salles de bain complÚtes: une avec douche, une avec baignoire / douche. Les deux salles de bains avec de grands placards. Lumineux neuf, propre et élégant papier peint.

Salon: Spacieux et impressionnant !! Nouvelle unitĂ© de mur blanc avec Ă©cran 46 'plat. Nouvelle Ɠuvre d'art exquis. Grande ocĂ©an et vue sur la plage!

Salle à manger: haut de gamme et élégant! Miroirs ajoutent à l'ambiance. SiÚges tableau 6.

Cuisine: EntiÚrement équipée. Moderne et élégant. Table et 4 chaises. Grande océan et vue sur la plage!

Balcons: Il ya 2 carrelée balcons. Une large de la chambre principale et un grand balcon hors salon a une table et 6 chaises. Océan fabuleux et vue sur la plage.

Ce bùtiment offre 24 heures de sécurité, la réception, la maintenance sur site, 4 ascenseurs, grande piscine chauffée, piscine pour enfants, des courts de tennis, putting green, salle de jeux, la conduite net, petit restaurant panoramique bar à cocktails haut de gamme et aussi un bar en bord de piscine Tiki.

Beautifully decorated, this condo has stunning views of the beach from the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms! We enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony.The host has thoughtfully provided a fully- supplied kitchen, plus little extras such as a sewing kit, envelopes on the desk, and a few throw blankets. She was responsive to every question and concern. We have stayed at several condos in Maisons Sur Mer over the years, and this is one of the best!

Outstanding condo! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Amazing views of the beach and ocean! We even saw dolphins from the balcony! It was delightful having breakfast and lunch outside at the table on the balcony everyday. Communication with the owner, Jan, was fantastic. The building is great—amazing pool, staff, and easy access to and from the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic beach front condo

Our host, Jan, is very friendly, helpful and communitive. Maisons-Sur-Mer staff were wonderful including the bartenders, security guards and engineering staff. The condo is very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is great if you like a quiet neighborhood and beach. There are shops and restaurants right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a very wonderful time during our vacation at Myrtle Beach. We loved staying at this condo because it was beautiful, spacious and view of the ocean was amazing. It was also close to restaurants, shopping and fun attractions. The easy access to the beach was also an added bonus. We hope to be back again!

Elegant yet comfortable. We love this unit. The decor is tasteful and elegant but very comfortable. Views of the water from every room. Great ocean view from the balcony. The owner is so easy to work with on your stay. Close proximity to several great seafood restaurants. Also, the restaurant and the bar in the property are excellent. A wonderful vacation experience.

The stay was very nice. Enjoyed staying in room. Very clean. No towels for washing or doing dishes. Need to add more. Was very insulted that she asked me after stay if more people stayed because we used the bunk beds. Friend snores real loud and didn’t want to keep my sister awake. So she stayed in that room. If you are paying for the condo you should be able to use the whole place. Not accused of more people staying in room. Would never rent from her again.

Always enjoy staying at Maison Sur Mer

This is our go to place when we go to Myrtle beach.. We stayed at unit 1702 this time and would recommend this unit for a family with Kids.. We didn't need the extra beds but the bunk beds would be fun for the kids...over all 5 star!!!

We are Jim and Jan, young at heart seniors who love Myrtle Beach and have been coming here for 30 years. We are blessed with 2 married kids and 4 grandchildren; all of them perfect:) in our eyes! We are from Pittsburgh, PA but we come to Myrtle Beach every chance we get! We love to play golf, and we love the beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

There is no doubt this is the best location in Myrtle Beach - and, in our opinion, the best building on the East Coast. You will not find better amenities anywhere! We are close to everything. Great restaurants, shows, golf & mini golf, tons of shopping including Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Go karts, Pirates Voyage, Hollywood Wax Museum, MB Airport, Apache fishing pier, Ocean Annies, Wonderworks, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Comedy Cababa.... etc etc. I think all of those things are within a 15 - 20 minute drive, some of them you can walk to. A really awesome location on one of the prettiest beaches anywhere!

There are so many special things we love about this property. When you pull up, you will be amazed at how beautiful the building is. Walk into the lobby and it's totally first class. The caliber of people here are top notch. It's fun without being rowdy - exquisite without being stuffy. I would like to say you will feel at home, but this will be so much better than home!
