Furniture is actually good quality . Beds are wonderful, slept so good. We took advantage of the games the game room, and theatre room the entire weekend. My family and I felt so comfortable here. So relaxing . We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen, and everything we needed was there. Plenty of it. To include extra items we didn’t even expect to be there. Took advantage of the waffle maker, and the wonderful owners are so kind enough to leave both recipe and extra fixings for tasty waffles. With that said I would definitely recommend a stay here. You pay for quality and you shall receive. Would definitely love to return perhaps in the summer.”

“House was big enough to fit 3 families with young children and a set of grandparents. Living areas were spacious and we enjoyed the large dining table. Kids loved the video game and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was as described and clean. Location of home was ideal for us- we regularly choose to stay in Towamensing trails due to the location near Big Boulder/ Jack Frost and hiking. We saw plenty of deer pass by. Overall great house and we would choose to stay here again.”

“Clean, spacious, cozy place — as advertised! It’s been recently renovated (you can tell), with lots of luxurious little touches, including a theater room (with a throwback Street Fighter game!). Check in/out was simple, and the host also recommended some excellent restaurants and activities nearby.  Overall, perfect for a larger group looking for a beautiful and relaxing temporary home base in the Poconos. Would return for a longer stay.”

SEASONAL AMENITIES FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY ONLY:
-Please note that Towamensing Trails only allows for 8 wristbands per rental to access the amenities. These can be shared among your group; children 5 and under do not need wristbands.
-Amenities include: A recreational center with a pavilion, lounge, and snack bar (Clubhouse Towamensing; outdoor picnic area, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, and playground; 2 outdoor pools (plus a kiddie pool), beach, and lake access with kayak and paddle board rentals; a stocked lake where fishing is allowed with PA Fishing License (catch-and-release).
-There is also a free lake located just 15 minutes away in Hickory Run State Park.

Other details to note:
*We do not provide propane for the grill. We have implemented an honor system where guests leave full tanks behind for the next guests to use*

AGE REQUIREMENTS: We welcome groups of friends and family, and the primary renter for each group must be 25 years or older.

QUIET HOURS: As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet hours are observed after 10 pm.

PRE-REGISTRATION: In accordance with local ordinances, guests will be required to provide a list of names and vehicle license plate information at least 10 days before the start of the booking. Thanks for understanding!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We have partnered with a third party risk management platform that gives guests the choice between a paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

PETS: We love pets, but they must be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval. A pet fee of $75 per pet will be required. This fee is for having a pet at the property and does not cover damages or stains caused by the pet. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

NO-SMOKING: We have a zero-tolerance smoking policy.

PARKING: Parking is in the driveway with ample space for up to 6 cars. The community does not allow parking on the street.
