The space
Coming into the apartment, an inviting living area will greet you with stylish and comfortable Pottery Barn pieces, creating a cozy and relaxing space for you and your fellow guests to unwind. The covered deck offers an intimate seating area for two and the perfect table and chairs for morning coffee or a meal outside for the four of you.

Two spacious bedrooms offer a tranquil retreat for a good night’s rest. The beds have comfortable mattresses and high-end linens to ensure you wake up refreshed and ready to explore this beautiful area.

The apartment features two well-appointed bathrooms – fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and luxurious towels for added convenience.

The full kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking or simply want to prepare a quick meal. It comes equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware, making it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay. It is equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee pods, a milk frother and a coffee maker. The kitchen has ample counter space, allowing you to comfortably prepare your culinary creations.

The apartment is the house’s entire 3rd floor. However, it is up only one flight of stairs since you enter the common stairwell from the second floor. The elevation provides a dramatic view of the lake and mountains in the distance.

The owners’ apartment is on the floor below. They are happy to be involved in as much or as little with your stay as you’d like.

Guest access
You will have full and exclusive access to the entire floor, including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, covered deck, dining, and living areas. You can expect:

1. Two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen bed, luxurious linens, and ample storage space for your belongings.
2. Two bathrooms, one en-suite, each stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.
3. The kitchen has the great appliances, cookware, and utensils you need to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. There is a variety of tea selections, Nespresso machine with a selection of Nespresso pods, and a coffee maker.
4. The living room is a comfortable space with plenty of seating areas for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy watching TV or snuggle up with an enjoyable book while admiring the view.
5. The dining room area features a large table for eating meals or playing games.
6. Covered deck area offers outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy. You must keep young children off the deck unless you are closely attending them.
7. Laundry Facilities: You have exclusive use of the washing machine and dryer on your floor.
8. Wi-Fi: The unit has Spectrum’s highest speed, +300mbps, internet. Very suitable for online presentations, meetings, video chats, and uploading your great mountain stream photos.
9. Workspace: The ideal workspace is on the porch, but one bedroom has a work desk.
10. Check-in instructions: we will provide detailed check-in instructions before your arrival, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.
11. Privacy and Security/Shared Entryway: upon arrival, you enter the building through a common, shared entryway on the second-floor level. This area serves as the main entrance for the owners and guests and is not part of the owners’ space. The apartment remains private and separate from the owners’ living area, with its own door and key, locking it securely.
12. Key or access instructions: we will provide instructions on accessing the shared entryway with a keypad code. The key to the apartment will be in the doorknob to the apartment at the top of the stairs.

Other things to note
Check-in and check-out times: 10 am check-out; 4 pm check-in. We are happy to provide an early check-in or late check-out if the schedule allows!

House rules: We ask that you take off your shoes in the apartment and for a 10 pm quiet time. Also, please respect the furniture and do not sit on any of the furniture in a wet bathing suit or eat on the living room furniture.

Cleaning and maintenance: Before your arrival, we will thoroughly clean the apartment and prepare it for your stay.

Amenities: Besides the mentioned features, please let us know of any specific amenities you would like to have during your stay. We can provide information about Wi-Fi availability, TV and entertainment options, heating and air conditioning, and other amenities.

Parking: As you pull in, one parking space is available for a mid-size vehicle directly on the left of the driveway. Parking for a second car is available on Chapel Drive. We can provide more information before arrival.

Local recommendations: We are familiar with the surrounding area and can provide recommendations for nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and other points of interest. We will provide this once you complete your booking.
