Great location! The property was in a convenient spot, close to everything we wanted to see and do. It made our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!

This property is very enchanting. So much so that on our return to Indiana we will immediately try to book this eclectic apartment first! If you are expecting 5-star furniture and appliances this unit is not for you. If you are expecting a clean comfortable stay along with super convenient location, excellent host communication and privacy along with a charming appearance, this one is for you. There was a nice treat basket, very good supply of staples and spices and opportunities for discovery. This is a large 1 BR with a well appointed bath and a speakeasy kind of vibe. We had family and friends over to visit most evenings and the large dining room and table made for an excellent gathering place and gaming area. All the kids loved the bookshelf, you will have to discover that for yourself. Large refrigerator and freezer, great dishwasher (pods were provided). Highly recommend this oasis and this host!

Staying here was amazing. From the start; check in was a breeze, the neighborhood was safe and beautiful, the host was very helpful and responsive, and the house had a wonderful vibe about it. The house was clean, and fully stocked with everything you will need! 10 out of 10 recommend! When I come back to Jeffersonville, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks again to Fredie!

Horrible Experience

We needed to attend a family member's funeral in Jeffersonville. After flying into Louisville, we picked up our rental car and drove to the property. I was quite surprised to see that none of the on-street parking we were told to use had been cleared of the snow and ice that had recently fallen. I also noticed that the sidewalk and walkway leading to the rental were untouched. There was no way two seniors could safely get their luggage to the property. I immediately sent a message to the host but did not get a reply for over two hours. With it getting dark we had no choice but to find a hotel for the night. When I finally received a reply it was only stating the same parking instructions and that I would not be getting the refund that I requested due to weather. This was not a matter of weather as much as it was the failure of the host to maintain the parking and property in a safe as possible condition for his renters. I then contacted Vrbo and was told the host had informed them that the property was accessible and that there were no issues in the area. I have sent photos to Vrbo to prove otherwise and if they can not resolve this then I will pursue other avenues to get my money back. I highly recommend avoiding this host and property.

Unfortunately Brent did not follow the instructions given in the check out message as to where to park. This is not a good representation of our property. You can check out our 5 star reviews on other platforms. We have hosted a lot of guests but this is the first review that has posted.

Such a cute, cozy, and just truly gorgeous home inside! Very clean. Lovely rain shower. Short walk to Ohio River. Was a perfect stay for our anniversary vacation and watching Thunder over Louisville! Also, communication with host was very helpful and nice!
