The apartment is very cute. the location was great. I was within walking distance of many cool spots and only steps from the river. The host is very polite and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay near Louisville.

The place presents as pictured. Close to downtown Jeffersonville. Easy parking. Our only challenge was getting the TV in the living room to work- but we had no issues with the bedroom TV!

Concert stay

We were in the area for a concert and needed something close to the venue. Tyler’s place was very convenient, cozy, and clean! The place was in a quiet neighborhood and fit four women perfectly fine. It had all of the things you could possibly need. The games and books were a nice touch! Tyler was very personable and quick with responses. I really appreciated that he checked in and helped with questions about the area. We WILL be booking again!

Love this cozy and CLEAN apartment.

My daughter and I stayed in this rental for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a great location. The owner/manager communicated check in and departure instructions in great detail. The location was amazing
.. you literally walk out the door and a few steps your at the river and have several great restaurants within walking distance. We walked downtown Jeffersonville and had brunch and shopped the boutiques. We were there for basketball at the Kentucky expo and the drive was 14 minutes over..,not bad at all.

Quaint and Quiet

The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the riverside. Lots of resturants nearby. Information was provided in a timely manner, the manager/owner was readily available for any questions or concerns! Will definitely stay again, if we are back in the area.
