Our host was awesome, with great communication and very prompt. The house was lovely and clean. Very comfortable furniture and beds. It was just what we needed.

Loved this place! It was perfect for our family and the host allows small gathering which was great!Only issue, description shows a tub & shower but there is not a bathtub, it does say shower only so you have to pay close attention, I was disappointed there was not a bathtub.

The cabin was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed. It was a great place to stay for my family’s getaway. We enjoyed the nature. We saw many cool things. Our dog loved the stay too. It was a great place to make memories.

I love bird watching, so to find bird food was a nice touch. The berries all around the property are a great hit! You can make a jam and they are absolutely beautiful. The fire pit was our main attraction. The cabin is a great set up and was a great fit for my family of 8.

House was great for our family. Clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. We also rented the cute studio next door for extra family. No running water there but it is so close the family shared our facilities in the main house. Hot outdoors so did not take advantage of the trails or the fire pit. Lots of parking. We loved it and would choose it again. Host Catherine was great to work with throughout the process.

We had the most relaxing time. The kids and dogs loved the short walk to the lake. We love how quiet it is and spent hours on the porch watching the wind blowing through the trees.

Wonderful escape. Easy check in and just a relaxing weekend with family. All the kids had fun. We enjoyed exploring the trail down to the lake, my son used a kayak, and we used the grill and fire pit. Would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

This place is a great getaway. It is very private and in the middle of nature. The house is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the water pressure is great. There is a cabin next to it that we rent as well for an extra space when you need it. If you want a week or weekend getaway to relax, this is the place. The host responds very quickly and was very responsive for any help.

We had a wonderful time at Lakeview! This property has so much to offer. This was a family getaway. We had children and our two dogs with us. We felt immersed in nature. We took nature walks, sat in the serenity garden, made smores in the campfire, and delighted in visits from forest animals. We also loved spending time at the lake, which was just a short walk from the house. We never saw another human, the whole time we were there. It was so peaceful. The house is absolutely beautiful and clean, and comfortable. Thank you Catherine for being a great host. We hope to return again someday soon.
