Come enjoy our Cozy Bear Lair in the peaceful Pocono Mountains. We are located in the beautiful and private Arrowhead Lake Community.

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION TO ENSURE A WORRY FREE AND EASY CHECK-IN PROCESS.

Arrowhead Lake is a Gated Community and requires all guests (aka Temporary Members) to be registered into the community. The temporary membership fees are already incorporated into your total price. Please Note: Temporary Member Registration MUST BE SUBMITTED 72 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN (including any day guests/visitors) to avoid additional fees. If you wait to be registered within those 3 days, you will be charged a $100 late registration fee from Arrowhead.
Also note that If you are not registered at least 24hours before your stay, Arrowhead will not allow access and you will have to cancel your reservation at no fault to the host/owner. Same day registrations are prohibited.

Dogs are $50 per dog (must be well behaved). NO PUPPIES
Absolutely NO Pets on furniture and you must pick up after them around the house as well as around the community.

Once a reservation is made, I will begin the registration process by asking for the number of people in your party and their vehicle information. Once I receive your information, I will be able to register you.
Please be sure to have this info to me in a timely manner (72 hour prior to your arrival) to avoid the $100 late fee that Arrowhead will charge you.

The day before your arrival you will be emailed a QR code (for each registered vehicle). This will govern you access into the community as well as access to the amenities.

Enjoy the 4 beaches, 3 pools in the summer, playgrounds, rental shack in summer and early fall, billiards, library, fitness center, tennis courts, family game room and many activities/events that our community holds.
We are walking distance to two pools and a short bike ride or drive to the lakes
1.2 miles to the lake - enjoy the scenic walk.
.7 miles to Minisink Pool.
.6 miles to Choctaw Pool.
1.9 miles to Island Pool.
The pools are open for the weekend starting memorial day and then they are open daily from late June through August (weather/staff permitting). Pools are closed after Labor Day. Rental shack is open daily in the summer. After Labor Day it's open on weekends until mid October.
Our house is also only 20 minutes from golf courses, Kalahari and Jack Frost
30 minutes from breweries, Mount Airy Casino, Great Wolf, Camelback, Big Boulder Mountain


Enjoy the wildlife while relaxing on one of our two decks. Like to grill? We have a propane gas grill as well as a charcoal grill.
Our fire pit has ample seating and is perfect during any season for s'mores and storytelling.
Enjoy access to our shed! Inside you'll find two adult bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, disc golf, wiffle ball, and more.
Inside we have a cozy gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, A/C, electric heat, and a game closet with plenty of games, toys and books. We also have a Nintendo Switch and a PlayStation 3.

Rest assured families with toddlers. We have a pack-n-play, high chair, kids plates/cups and a baby gate on site.

Lower Level has an open concept kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, reclining sofas, 70" Smart TV, full bathroom and a laundry area.
Bedroom One is located on the first floor. It has a Queen Bed and a Smart TV.
Bedroom Two is located on the second floor. It has a Queen Bed and a Smart TV.
Bedroom Three is located on the second floor. It has one bunk bed and a twin bed.
Our loft has a smart TV, full size sofa sleeper and a designated workspace.

Things to Note:
This is NOT a party house.
There is NO Smoking in the house.
This is our home that we as a family also try to enjoy as much as possible. Please be respectful.
For security purposes, we have outdoor cameras.
