Sparkly fresh new resort-like property

Wonderful property, extremely clean and well decorated. Clubhouse resources and pool are fantastic. Easy to get to. Excellent communication from host. Easy check in and out. Great property. Note - the BBQ referenced is NOT at the house, but rather at the clubhouse. No problem though. The clubhouse has four brand new built-in grills. Great poolside setup. Thank you!

Good spot to explore Zion from

We had a good experience here. The property was very nice. The master bed & bath were amazing! We loved how all the bedrooms were upstairs, so that those who got up early could head downstairs without bothering the rest of the group. The living space - kitchen, dining area, living area - were excellent. We had a part of 8 and there was more than enough space for us. The only negative was the fact that the property manager wasn't very responsive when we had a minor issue. All in all - 5 star property, 2 star service from the property manager.

Great rental, but lack of communication

This house was super comfortable, has all the amenities, and is close to St. George and Zion National Park. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is well decorated and has a perfect layout for multiple couples and kids. This is our second time staying in this neighborhood and it is quiet, scenic, and very clean. The neighborhood pool/recreation area is fun and well maintained. I would have given this place 5 stars, but, I never received an email with the entry code, wifi, or any other information and had to call the emergency number for the property manager. They were responsive over the phone and gave me all the information, but it made for a stressful few days leading up to arrival, which is not what you want when starting a vacation. This rental would be 5 stars if they fix this issue by simply sending the arrival email 48 hours in advance as VRBO states.

Only had 2 washcloths for 5 day stay for 2 adults. Had plenty of bath towels. Only 1 dish towel and 1 bottle of shower gel. Downstairs toilet not bolted down securely and Toilet paper holder had been pulled out of the wall. Upstairs toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay in bracket. All of these are minor issues, however, irritating none the less considering the price of the rental and the expectations from online pics.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious condo. It was perfect for our large family. The pool is right across the street which was fantastic for keeping the whole family entertained. Easy access to groceries and not far from Zion. We enjoyed our stay here! Thanks!

This one was a miss

The location is wonderful, so close to so many beautiful things and in the complex, the condo is located directly across the street from the pool. The bed in the master bedroom (the only one we used) was very comfortable. What I didn’t care for was the multiple listing of fines that will be issued. For example, if the outdoor garbage bins are dirty when you leave there is a $25.00 fee that will be charged. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind starting the dish washer or throwing in a load of towels, but washing out the outdoor garbage bins? I know I paid a cleaning fee when I rented the place. Also not being able to cook a meal was troublesome for us, the stove tilts to the front so even if you could find a decent pot or pan to cook with it really doesn’t work well. They do not provide pantry staples or items generally needed like plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Also, the refrigerator is programmed, and you can’t modify it, it froze our fruits and vegetables. â˜č The thermostats are programmed as well, and you can’t regulate the temp to what you want. Oh, you can move the dials (one downstairs and one up) but it won’t go beyond what the program will permit regardless of the setting you choose. This is the first time I rented a place with outdoor spaces and no outdoor furniture – there is a patio and a balcony each with nice views but the only option is to stand and enjoy them. The indoor furniture seems to be staging furniture as it is a worn and broke down but doesn’t really look that old. I will not rent another Cohosting managed place again, I’ve rented a lot of very nice places on VRBO and this one just missed the mark.

Good Place to stay

Very clean, large Bedrooms, plenty of room for 5 of us. We each had our own large bed. Only negative is you have to wash the towels before you leave, which is a problem if you want to leave early for travel. Yes shower the night before but you still need some towels in the morning. Never experienced this anywhere else. But in general, I’d recommend this VRBO.

Great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay in Hurricane. House was easy to access and right across the street from the awesome swimming pool and clubhouse. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Excellent communication with the property management company. Small improvements could be made by adding some patio furniture to watch the amazing sunsets off the back porch-upper patio and a few more washcloths and hand towels. Otherwise excellent property. We will stay here again.

Family getaway

Overall great experience from checking in, to the comfortable ambiance of property and amenities at club house. Will definitely stay here again. I‘ve search properties around this area and this was by far the most affordable.

Housekeeping mix-up or housekeeping taking a shortcut?

We arrived, got into the property as we were told. Lovely unit, like new. Brought luggage in, put groceries in the refrigerator and then tried to determine where each person was going to sleep. The bunk beds weren't made, but had folded sheets on the beds. As I tried to make the 1st bed, I found dirt on the bed and a dirty sock. As I unfolded the sheet, it also didn't seem clean. Then I went to the other bedrooms, pulled down the comforter and the sheets looked dirty, even though the bed was nicely made. Not sure what the story was, but the property manager offered to move us to a nearby unit, but since we had already put things in the refrigerator, brought all luggage in and kids immediately ran to the pool, we requested clean sheets. Unfortunately, the maid had to come back & take the time to wash & dry all the sheets. It wasn't a huge inconvenience but I'm glad I realized the beds were dirty before I crawled into them to sleep. Other than that it was perfectly accommodating.

Amazing stay

This house has everything you need to have a great stay. Location is great, very close to Zion National park. Great pool area. Everything in the house is brand new so you feel like you are the first guests there. We celebrated our 50 year birthday with a "The Narrow hike experience" and we slept very nice in comfy beds after that wonderful hike. Even the bunkbeds where super comfortable ! Will be back for sure.

Great stay and easy access to Zion

The property and the clubhouse are both very nice. Easy communication and convenient location. For us what it matters is the proximity to zion national park, and the space to accommodate 12 of us. Great stay!

Getaway weekend

Thank you for your service. We just left. Everything was okay we love the home practical and modern except we didn’t have enough towels. There were only 8 for inside and not any for the pool. In the kitchen we only had one hand towel. As well the carpets need vacuum specially under and behind the beds, no bulls in the 2nd bedroom side lamps. We would in the future recommend your home we had a wonderful weekend.
